This article through the theoretical study and field testing of Tahe oilfield, mechanical production efficiency of the system status, and energy consumption, evaluate the status quo of the factors influencing the energy consumption, the efficiency of the system and the main factors of pump efficiency, then puts forward machine production technology, improve the efficiency of the system optimization scheme ground hardware measures and underground technique, so as to improve the system efficiency of tahe oilfield machinery production, achieve saving energy and reducing consumption, and improve the economic efficiency. Specifically, this paper studies content mainly includes: (1) Through several existing in tahe oilfield of pumping units energysaving analysis and structure of tahe oilfield evaluation, the conclusion that the existing beam pumping unit work efficiency characteristics and the ground under work efficiency calculation method. (2) A part of Tahe oilfield low artificial lifted wells pump efficiency, develop the efficiency of the system test and analysis results of the test evaluation, affecting the efficiency of the system and the main factors of pump efficiency in optimizing process, put forward machine solutions to improve machine adopt the efficiency of the system and the pump efficiency. (3) Strengthen the new smoke greatly technology and supporting technology research, further effectively solve the oil field production practical problems.
