【正文】 系統(tǒng)分為三個環(huán)節(jié)：職業(yè)教育機構(gòu) (高校 )服務(wù)端、地區(qū)服務(wù)端、中央服務(wù)端。 俄羅斯教育部于 2021 年 6 月又頒布了《 關(guān)于在教育部下屬高校建立高校畢業(yè)生工作安置和就業(yè)信息系統(tǒng)的法令》 ，決定創(chuàng)建跨部門的支持青年專家就業(yè)的信息分配系統(tǒng) (РИС )。隨著我國社會主義的建設(shè)及市場經(jīng)濟的實行，這 種統(tǒng)一分配制度在與社會需要格格不入的現(xiàn)實下逐步被取消，除特殊領(lǐng)域 (如軍事院校、部分尖端學(xué)科等 )外，絕大多數(shù)的 2 高校畢業(yè)生均自行擇業(yè)。在此開發(fā)符合我院特色的基于 web 方式的學(xué)生就業(yè)管理系統(tǒng)，才能更好的適應(yīng)現(xiàn)階段就業(yè)工作要求，提高工作效率，為畢業(yè)生與用人單位搭建相互交流的網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺。 隨著計算機技術(shù)的發(fā)展和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)在高校中的普遍使用，為高校傳統(tǒng)的辦學(xué)模式提供了新 思路。在近幾年教育部對高校的評估中，高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)工作信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)化管理，正成為評價高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)工作的一個重要指標(biāo)。 近年來，高等院?？焖俚陌l(fā)展，每年畢業(yè)生人數(shù)不斷攀升，在高校中傳統(tǒng)的就業(yè)管理模式 已 不能滿足當(dāng)前的就業(yè)形勢。全國高校就業(yè)工作改革以來，就業(yè)工作不斷地發(fā)展變化，就業(yè)方式靈活并呈現(xiàn)多樣化的特點。s workforce development trend, the influx of unemployment problem caused by rapid growth of labor and industrial structure adjustment, the enterprise to improve the technological content of the largescale transfer of rural labor force and migrant workers, the employment problem in China is more serious.
