【正文】 大;再加上攝像距離、角度的不同,要從種種干擾中區(qū)別出目標(biāo)是十分困難的。 車牌定位就是在車輛圖像中定位牌照區(qū)域的位置。它可廣泛應(yīng)用于交通流量檢測(cè),交通控制于誘導(dǎo),機(jī)場(chǎng),港口,小區(qū)的車輛管理,不停車自動(dòng)收費(fèi),闖紅燈等違章車輛監(jiān)控以及車輛安全防盜等領(lǐng)域,具有廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。通過(guò)對(duì)車牌特征的研究,利用邊緣掃描方法實(shí)現(xiàn)車牌定位。 本文 利用 MATLAB 工具實(shí)現(xiàn)車牌定位算法研究。車牌的定位、分割更是該系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵,由于圖像場(chǎng)景的復(fù)雜性以及車牌位置和圖像質(zhì)量的不可預(yù)知性,牌照定位分割系統(tǒng)一直都未做到令人滿意,所以有必要對(duì)其進(jìn) 行進(jìn)一步的研究。車牌自動(dòng)識(shí)別系統(tǒng)一般包括車牌定位、字符分割和字符識(shí)別三個(gè)模塊。北京聯(lián)合大學(xué) 信息 學(xué)院 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 題目: 基于 MATLAB 的車牌定位算法設(shè)計(jì) 姓 名: 學(xué) 號(hào): 2021080403104 學(xué) 院: 信息學(xué)院 專 業(yè): 電子信息工程 同 組 人: 指 導(dǎo) 教 師: 協(xié)助指導(dǎo)教師: 2021 年 5 月 12 日 北京聯(lián)合 大學(xué) 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 1 摘要 車牌自動(dòng)識(shí)別 系統(tǒng)是現(xiàn)代智能交通管理的重要組成部分,可用于各級(jí)各類車輛管理場(chǎng)所。與傳統(tǒng)的車輛管理方法相比,它大大地提高了管理效率與水平,節(jié)省了人力、物力,實(shí)現(xiàn)了車輛管理的科學(xué)化、規(guī)范化,對(duì)交通治安起到了一定的保障作用,因此有著廣泛的應(yīng)用前景。它的研究主要涉及到模式識(shí)別、人工智能、計(jì)算機(jī)視覺(jué)、數(shù)字圖像處理等眾多學(xué)科領(lǐng)域。 本文通過(guò)對(duì)大量資料的搜集、整理,總結(jié)了近年來(lái)國(guó)內(nèi)外在車牌定位分割領(lǐng)域的最新研究成果和進(jìn)展,對(duì)車牌區(qū)域的固有特征和目前的車牌定位、分割技術(shù)進(jìn)行了分析和比較,提出了自己的觀點(diǎn)并設(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)車牌定位、分割系統(tǒng)。利用灰度修正.濾波和圖像增強(qiáng)等 處理方法.較好地消除了圖像的噪音,提高了圖像質(zhì)量。 關(guān)鍵詞:車牌定位;傾斜矯正; 圖像預(yù)處理 ; 圖像分割 北京聯(lián)合 大學(xué) 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 2 Abstract Vehicles License Plate Recognition System(LPRS), which is all important part of the contemporary Intelligent Transportation System(ITS),can be applied to vehicle management situations of all levels and all kinds. Compared with traditional vehicles managements, LPRS has greatly improved the efficiency and level of management and saved manpower and material resources, laying a good foundation for the realization of standardized management. We Call safely e to the conclusion that LPRS has already improved the order of the traffic system, illustrating a good prospect of application for us. Generally, the LPR system consists of three modules: license plate location、 character segmentation and character recognition. Its study concerns various disciplines including Pattern Recognition、 Artificial Intelligence, Computer Vision、 Digital Image Processing and SO 011. It is the location and segmentation of license plates standing at the heart of LPR system. Considering that the plexity of image background and the uncertainly of plate position and image quality, it is necessary to do further research into it. By summarizing the latest research achievements and development in the area of license plate location and segmentation both here and abroad, this paper, after making a deep parison between the intrinsic characteristics of license plate and the current location and segmentation technologies on it, proposes its own understanding and designs a new LP location and segmentation system. The paper introduces a method of car license plate location and realizes a system of car license plate location based on MATLAB. The preprocessing methods including gray level modification, filter and image enhancement, are used to improve image quality and cut image noise.
