除,定為最佳優(yōu)化方案。上述工作充分體現(xiàn)了 CAD 在設(shè)計精度和設(shè)計效率上均具有傳統(tǒng)工藝設(shè)計無法比擬的 優(yōu)越性。 河北工業(yè)大學(xué) 畢 業(yè)設(shè)計說明書 系 : 材料科學(xué)與工程 專 業(yè): 材料成型與控制 專業(yè)方向: 液態(tài)成型與控制 題 目: 大型轉(zhuǎn)缸鑄鋼件的鑄造 工藝設(shè)計及優(yōu)化 畢業(yè)論文中文摘要 題 目 : 大型轉(zhuǎn)缸鑄鋼件的鑄造工藝設(shè)計與優(yōu)化 摘要: 論文以 20Mn 轉(zhuǎn) 缸 鑄 件為研究對象,綜合運用 CAD/CAE 進行了 20Mn 轉(zhuǎn) 缸 的鑄造工藝設(shè)計,以及充型凝固過程的模擬,最后得到最優(yōu)的鑄造工藝方案。 在鑄造工藝設(shè)計部分,首先利用 對轉(zhuǎn) 缸 零件進 行三維造型,利用此造型出的零件進行澆注位置、分型面、砂芯設(shè)計等工作,接著根據(jù)模數(shù)理論,用 的切割功能和分析功能對鑄件進行分體結(jié)構(gòu)劃分,然后用 Excel 計算分體結(jié)構(gòu)的質(zhì)量、體積、面積、模數(shù) 等,最后按照計算結(jié)果用 設(shè)計了三維 20Mn 轉(zhuǎn) 缸 鑄件鑄造工藝。 在模擬優(yōu)化部分( CAE),用 SOLIDCast 對鑄造工藝進行評價和優(yōu)化。 關(guān)鍵詞: 20Mn 轉(zhuǎn) 缸 鑄件 CAD、 CAE設(shè)計 鑄造工藝設(shè)計與優(yōu)化 畢業(yè)論文外文摘要 Title: The casting process design and optimization of the large turn cylinder of cast steel Abstract: In the paper, the CAD/CAE method was used to design the foundry technology, and optimize the foundry technology, then an optimized casting process was proposed. In CAD section, the 3D model of the 20Mn Turn Cylinder casting was firstly created by UG software. it was used to determine the casting orientation, parting line, core designing, etc. Then based on modulus theory, then 20Mn Turn Cylinder casting was divided into several ponents by the cutoff function and analysis function in UG software. Afterwards, the mass, Volume, Cooling surface area, modulus, were calculated by Excel software. Finally, according to these parameters,the foundry technology of the 20Mn Turn Cylinder casting was designed by . The above design procedure fully shows the advantages of CAD method in aspects of design efficiency and design precision paring with the traditional method of foundry technology design. In CAE part, foundry technologies were evaluated and optimized by SOLIDCast software. Two foundry technology were designed, and one is with riser,another is riserless. Based on the parison of the filling process, solidification process, and shrinkage porosity prediction, it is obvious that the design with the riser head can eliminate all the defect of the shrinkage.
