The design of this project is in accordance with requirements of the environmental protection in the wastewater. It uses the flotationUASBcontact oxidation process to deal with the wastewater in starch. Based on parison of the detailed program, we select the following processes: Starch wastewater→Grids→Regulating pond →Flotation tank→Adjusting sedimentation tank→UASB→Per offering sedimentation tank →Contact oxida tion tank → Secondary sedimentation tank Through designing, we can know that the result of ? COD is %,? BOD is %ηSS is %.After technical and economic analyzing, the investment amount of this project is million Yuan. It not only gains good economic and social benefits, but also fully puts the ideas of saving land
