IGN AND LAYOUT OF THE MAIN PLANT 安徽理工大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) II PROCESS OF THE PLANT OF HUAIBEI MINING GROUP ABSTRACT China is a large coal production country .The coal enterprises in china pay attention to develop the coal preparation industry more and more in order to improve coal product quality. So, the advanced design plays an important role . The design is the Luling coal preparation plant, the first part of this thesis introduces the position of plant area and general geography situation and the base of raw coal of Luling Mine. The design adopt the heavy medium Preparation technique, and its main equipments are threeproduct dense medium cyclone by unpressurized feeding. Then introduces the coal preparation methods and the preparation technique and why preparation technique is adopted. Then introduces the limit Service time and the work system of coal preparation industry, pute the preparation technique and choose the type. In the last part, I discuss the arrangement of crafts and the quantity check and the facilities adopted, by which the technique of Luling coal preparation plant can be checked. The design fits the requirement, and can plete the design.
