用建筑特別是高層建筑也 開(kāi)始布置中央空調(diào) 系統(tǒng) , 比如, 在近 些 年建成的商廈、賓館、商品批發(fā)市場(chǎng)、體育文化娛樂(lè)中心 和 多功能辦公樓等建筑中 大多開(kāi)始 采用中央空調(diào)系統(tǒng)。我國(guó)固 定資產(chǎn)投資呈現(xiàn)穩(wěn)定增長(zhǎng)趨勢(shì),在所有增長(zhǎng)中房地產(chǎn)投資的同比增長(zhǎng)幅度最大 。 中央空調(diào)設(shè)施龐大而復(fù)雜,向來(lái)是高級(jí)賓館、豪華酒店 、 大型寫(xiě)字樓的專用品 。由于處于市場(chǎng)導(dǎo)入期,市場(chǎng)規(guī)模底數(shù)較低, 2020— 2020 年增速迅猛,但隨著市場(chǎng)規(guī)模底數(shù)不斷提高和價(jià)格持續(xù)走低,銷售額方面增速卻進(jìn)一步趨緩,預(yù)計(jì)以后幾年平均增長(zhǎng)率會(huì)保持在2530%左右。 關(guān)鍵詞: 空調(diào)系統(tǒng),空氣處理過(guò)程,風(fēng)機(jī)盤(pán)管加獨(dú)立新風(fēng),板式換熱器 II Airconditioning System Design for Zhengzhou Yujie Business Building Abstract The object of this design is an airconditioning terminal system with the refrigeration and thermal station of a standard business center which is located in Zhengzhou city. The main content includes: the load putation, the design and calculation of the air treatment process and the air flow, the selection of the equipments, the friction calculation of the wind and aqueous system and the determination of the systematic control strategies, etc. Combined with the specific characteristics of the architecture in the process of the design, the rational operation scheme should be formulated to make the system possess better functionality and operability in accordance with practical situation. The airconditioning system is divided into two kinds: one is the system of primary air return, and the other is the system of the fancoil unit with independent fresh air that the outdoor wind is treated to reach the indoor enthalpy, but not to bear the indoor load. In the refrigeration and thermal station, I adopt the screw water chiller to refrigerate in summer as well as the urban pipeline to transfer heat in winter through the plate heat exchanger. The generator room is fixed up in the basement, while the chilling tower is installed on the top of the podium of the building. As for the aqueous system, the closed, synchro, twopipe and variant flow one is chosen.
