【正文】 作旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng),通過(guò)減速機(jī)的輸出齒輪與下輥齒輪嚙合,為卷制板材提供扭矩。 從卷板機(jī)的發(fā)展上說(shuō),上輥萬(wàn)能式最落后,水平下調(diào)式略先進(jìn),弧線下調(diào)式最高級(jí)。三輥又分對(duì)稱式三輥卷板機(jī),水平下調(diào)式三棍卷板機(jī),弧線下調(diào)式卷板機(jī),上輥萬(wàn)能式三輥卷板機(jī),液壓數(shù)控卷板機(jī)。 卷板機(jī)由于使用的領(lǐng)域不同,種類也就不同。其在汽車,軍工等各個(gè)方面都有應(yīng)用。 卷板機(jī)作為一個(gè)普遍的機(jī)器,它在工業(yè)基礎(chǔ)加工中占有重要的地位。該產(chǎn)品廣泛用于鍋爐、造船、石油、化工、木工、金屬結(jié)構(gòu)及其它機(jī)械制造行業(yè)。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 卷板機(jī);電動(dòng)機(jī);減速器;鍵;齒輪 遼寧科技大學(xué)本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) II Three Roller Bending Machine Design Abstract This design is about the threeroller symmwtry rolling machine,mainly calcats the up and down roller and the decelerator During the front process of the design,the rolling machine`s structucre design and the analysis of strength are described. The rolling machine` structure is threeroller symmetry. Pressure provides pressure under owing structure the aboveaverage roller , the roller does revolution sport under two , sheet material provides moment of torsion to roll of has a series of advantages such as simply structure,small volume,light weight,economical and so type YZ160L6 motor is selected as the power source,which adapts situation such as slience quenching and light reverse velocity.
