【正文】 條 關(guān)于裝修和改變房屋結(jié)構(gòu)的約定 乙方不得隨意損壞房屋設(shè)施，如需改變房屋的內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)和裝修或設(shè)置對(duì)房屋結(jié)構(gòu)影響的設(shè)備，需先征得甲方書面同意，投資由乙方自理。 因乙方管理使用不善造成房屋及其相連設(shè)備的損失和維修費(fèi)用，由乙方承擔(dān)責(zé)任并賠償損失。 第八條 維修養(yǎng)護(hù)責(zé)任 租賃期間，甲方對(duì)房屋及其附著設(shè)施每隔 ____〔月〕〔年 〕檢查、修繕一次，乙方應(yīng)予積極協(xié)助，不得阻撓施工。 第七條 甲方對(duì)產(chǎn)權(quán)的承諾 甲方保證在出租該房屋沒有產(chǎn)權(quán)糾紛；除補(bǔ)充協(xié)議另有約定外，有關(guān)按揭、抵押債 務(wù)、稅項(xiàng)及租金等，甲方均在出租該房屋前辦妥。租金 按〔月〕〔季〕〔年〕結(jié)算，由乙方于每〔月〕〔季〕〔年〕的第 __個(gè)月的 ___日交付給甲方。 租賃期間，如遇到市場(chǎng)變化，雙方可另行協(xié)商調(diào)整租金標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；除此之外，出租方不得以任何理由任意調(diào)整租金。 第三條 租賃期限 租賃期限自 ____年 ___月 ___日至 ___年 ___月 ___日止。 第二條 房屋用途 該房屋用途為 ____________________。 to repair any breakdown as soon as practicable。 to keep the premises clean。 that the tenant will have secure and quiet enjoyment without interruption by the landlord。 the access to the entrance, laundry, kitchen, lounge, dining area and balcony。 to be liable to the landlord for any damages caused by the tenant itself.
