【正文】 attend have learned a lot from 2 years of working , with more and more attention to education, teachers are required to have higher qualifications, professional knowledge and excellent teaching , we teachers are encouraged to enhance our educational me, the knowledge I have owned can not meet my needs and I still keep a strong enthusiasm for learning English and teaching I think the postgraduate study can enrich my knowledge and make a great impact on my future I’m lucky enough to get the chance to study here, I will make efforts in the postgraduate ’s all, thanks for your attention.。如果我能考上研究生，我會(huì)非常珍惜學(xué)習(xí)的機(jī)會(huì)，努力提高英語專業(yè)知識(shí)和教學(xué)技能，為教育事業(yè)做出更大的貢獻(xiàn)。在參加工作之后，我也確實(shí)感覺到自己的知識(shí)儲(chǔ)備量還遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠，而且我對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)還保持著很高的積極性。但是，隨著社會(huì)對(duì)教育的重視度越來越高，教師的門檻也隨之提高，教育部門很注重教師的學(xué)歷、專業(yè)知識(shí)和教學(xué)水平。另外，我是一個(gè)積極上進(jìn)的人，為了提高自己的教學(xué)水平，我常常向同事請(qǐng)教一些教育學(xué)生的方法，經(jīng)常去聽其他教師的課，取長(zhǎng)補(bǔ)短，也積極參加各種培訓(xùn)活動(dòng)，學(xué)習(xí)先進(jìn)的教學(xué)方法?，F(xiàn)在在教四年級(jí)學(xué)生。四年的大學(xué)生涯，讓我收獲了很多知識(shí)，得到了許多鍛煉自己和提升自我的機(jī)會(huì)，為日后的教師工作奠定了一定的基礎(chǔ)。在大學(xué)四年的時(shí)間里，我認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)，勤奮刻苦，在學(xué)業(yè)上取得了良好的成績(jī)，通過了英語專四和專八。目前在我的家鄉(xiāng)——XX，擔(dān)任一名小學(xué)教師。在職研究
