O 脫氮除磷工藝(即厭氧一缺氧一好氧活性污泥法,亦稱 AAO 工藝) ,它是在 A2/O 除磷工藝基礎(chǔ)上增設(shè)了一個缺氧池,并將好氧池出流的部分混合液回流至缺氧池,具有同步脫氮除磷功能。復(fù)旦大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計我們對活性污泥法和人工生物凈化的幾個方案進(jìn)行篩選。 最佳的處理方案要體現(xiàn)以下優(yōu)點:(1) 保證處理效果,運行穩(wěn)定;(2) 基建投資省,耗能低,運行費用低;(3) 占地面積小,泥量少,管理方便。廠區(qū)消防的設(shè)計和消化池。(8)滿足安全需求。(7)近期遠(yuǎn)期結(jié)合。以人為本,充分考慮便于污水廠運行管理的措施。污水處理廠作為環(huán)境保護(hù)工程,應(yīng)避免或盡量減少對環(huán)境的負(fù)面影響,如氣味,噪聲,固體廢物污染等;妥善處置污水處理過程中產(chǎn)生的柵渣、沉砂、污泥和臭氣等,避免對環(huán)境的二次污染。根據(jù)處理工藝流程和各建筑物、構(gòu)筑物的功能要求,結(jié)合長治地形、地質(zhì)和氣候條件,全面考慮施工、運行和維護(hù)的要求,協(xié)調(diào)好平面布置、高程布置及管線布置間的相互關(guān)系,力求整體布局合理完美。選擇技術(shù)先進(jìn)、運行穩(wěn)定、投資和處理成本合理的污水污泥處理工藝,積極慎重的采用經(jīng)過實踐證明行之有效的新技術(shù)、新工藝、新材料和新設(shè)備,使污水處理工藝先進(jìn),運行可靠,處理后水質(zhì)穩(wěn)定達(dá)標(biāo)排放。根據(jù)城鎮(zhèn)總體規(guī)劃和排水工程專業(yè)規(guī)劃,結(jié)合建設(shè)地區(qū)地形、氣象條件,經(jīng)全面分析比較,選擇建設(shè)條件好、環(huán)境影響小的廠址。認(rèn)真研究各項基礎(chǔ)資料、基本數(shù)據(jù),全面分析各項影響因素,充分掌握水質(zhì)水量的特點和地域特性,合理選擇好設(shè)計參數(shù),為工程提供可靠的依據(jù)。復(fù)旦大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計 進(jìn)出水水質(zhì)。(3)畢業(yè)設(shè)計圖紙應(yīng)準(zhǔn)確的表達(dá)設(shè)計意圖,圖面力求布置合理、正確清晰,符合工程制圖要求。說明書應(yīng)包括:污水處理工程設(shè)計的主要原始資料;污水水量的計算、污泥處理程度計算;污水泵站設(shè)計;污水污泥處理單元構(gòu)筑物的詳細(xì)設(shè)計計算;設(shè)計方案對比論證;廠區(qū)總平面布置說明;污水處理運行分析等。 設(shè)計內(nèi)容及要求(1)通過閱讀中外文文獻(xiàn),調(diào)查研究并收集有關(guān)資料,確定合適的污水和污泥處理工藝流程,進(jìn)行各個構(gòu)筑物的水利計算,經(jīng)過技術(shù)與經(jīng)濟(jì)分析,選擇合理的設(shè)計方案。按照《污水綜合排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》 (GB 89781996)規(guī)定,GB 383888 中Ⅲ類水域,執(zhí)行一級標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。污水處理廠設(shè)計規(guī)模為 3104 m3/d,設(shè)計進(jìn)出水水質(zhì)見表 1,出水排入夏河。氣候年差較大,溫度非周期性變化顯著。市區(qū)面積約 25km2,人口近 19 萬人,未建污水處理廠。本設(shè)計就是基于水污染的危害性和嚴(yán)重性,以保護(hù)環(huán)境為宗旨,以達(dá)到城鎮(zhèn)污水處理廠污染物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為要求對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行全面設(shè)計。綜合廢水處理工程是一項保護(hù)環(huán)境、治理污染、促進(jìn)健康、造福社會的公益事業(yè)。中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展,我們?yōu)橹垢冻龅氖黔h(huán)境污染的代價。[關(guān)鍵詞]城市污水處理廠 Carrousel 氧化溝 重力式污泥濃縮池The Primary Design of an Urban Sewage Treatment PlantJia Linlin(Grade06, Class1, Environmental Engineering,School of Chemical and Environmental Sciences, Shaanxi University of Technology, Hanzhong 723001, Shaanxi)Tutor:Yue SiyuAbstract: It is a primary design and construction drawing for the sewage treatment plant development zone. The municipal sewage is mainly treated in this plant. Its water quality is more to the demands for the design, the contents of nitrogen and phosphorus are high in the water quality of this project .So they should be dealed with,while BOD5 and SS are cleared. The plant adopts the major technology process for Carrousel Oxidation Ditch and Gravitate Thickeners. The technology has characterize for shortperiod process, high efficiency, steady water quality, small rest solids and low fees for the construction and operation and so on. And what’s more, it will be operated and managed in a convenient manner. So the prehensive craft exists extensive adaptability and is totally suitable for the practical purpose of the originally design.
