【正文】 交替各導通。當逆變器各開關(guān)器件都是在理想狀態(tài)下工作時，驅(qū)動相應(yīng)的各個IGBT的信號也應(yīng)為與形狀相似的一系列脈沖波形。在此課設(shè)中的一系列脈沖波形就是所期望的逆變器輸出SPWM波形。同樣，正弦波的負半周也可用相同的方法來等效。這些脈沖寬度相同，但幅值不等，且脈沖頂部是曲線，各脈沖幅值按正弦規(guī)律變化。七個部分的設(shè)計及原理如下。并通過Simulink進行仿真。逆變采用PWM逆變電路，采用SPWM作為調(diào)制信號，輸出PWM波形，經(jīng)過濾波電路后再進行升壓即可以得到220V的單相交流電。由于該電路的輸出含有諧波，除了使波形具有對稱性減少諧波和簡化控制外，還需要專門的RLC濾波電路對其進行濾波。在此組合電路中可以采用PWM控制技術(shù)中的調(diào)制法來控制單相橋式逆變電路中各個開關(guān)器件IGBT的通斷。 方案設(shè)計根據(jù)本次課設(shè)要求，可以先將輸入的100V直流電壓通過單相橋式PWM逆變電路逆變?yōu)榻涣麟妷?，但是逆變后得到的交流電壓相對較小，因此需要再經(jīng)過變壓器升壓。進行仿真實驗，得到單相交流電波形。要求完成的主要任務(wù): 輸出220V單相交流電。總之，通過本次課程設(shè)計，加深了對理論知識的理解及掌握，還學到了許多課本上學不到的知識，通過理論聯(lián)系實際，收獲頗多。關(guān)鍵字：單相橋式 逆變電路 SPWM Matlab仿真ABSTRACTWith the continuous development of power electronic technology, controlled circuit dc motor control, variable dc power supply, etc a wide range of applications, and these are inverter circuit as the core.
