【正文】 CODcr=1400mg/L BOD5=800 mg/L SS=350mg/L PH=6～ 10 CODcr≤ 100 mg/L BOD5≤ 20 mg/L SS≤ 70 mg/L PH=6～ 9 厭氧 — 好氧處理技術是一種有效除去 有機污染物并使其碳化的技術，它將有機化合物轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榧淄楹投趸肌? 運行過程中，便于操作管理，便于維修，節(jié)省動力消耗和運行費用。 2． 采用先進、合理、成熟可靠的處理工藝，并具有顯著的環(huán)境效益、社會效益和經(jīng)濟效益。 本工程的設計范圍為：生產(chǎn)污水流入污水處理場界區(qū)始至全出理工藝流程出水達標為止，其內(nèi)部工藝單元的全部工程內(nèi)容，其中包括水工藝、土建、電氣設備等專業(yè)內(nèi)容。 。啤酒廠領導及有關部門領導必須決定新建生產(chǎn) 污水 處理工程。生產(chǎn) 污水 多為間歇排放，水量、水質(zhì)變化大。目前國內(nèi)的啤酒廠工業(yè) 污水 的污水處理工藝，都是以生物化學方法為中心的處理系統(tǒng)。生物接觸氧化法利用池內(nèi)填料聚集球衣細菌等微生物，使處理取得理想的效果，所以啤酒廠 污水 處理站的主要工藝建議采用生物接觸氧化法。在生物氧化過程中，有些微生物如球衣細菌（俗稱絲狀菌）、酵母菌等雖能適應高有機碳、低 N量的環(huán)境，由于球衣細菌、酵母菌等微生物體系大、密度小菌膠團細菌不能在活性污泥法的處理構筑物中正常生 長，這也是早期活性污泥處理啤酒 污水 不理想的主要原因之一。國內(nèi)啤酒廠 污水 中： CODcr含量為： 1000～2500mg/L， BOD5含量為： 600～ 1500 mg/L，該 污水 具有較高的生物可降解性，且含有一定量的凱氏氮和磷。工業(yè) 污水 主要含糖類，醇類等有機物，有機物濃度較高，雖然無毒，但易于腐敗，排入水體要消耗大量的溶解氧，對水體環(huán)境造成嚴重危害。該污水具有污 染物濃度較高、 pH 值低等特征，若不經(jīng)處理直接排入水體中，會導致水體嚴重富營養(yǎng)化，破壞水體的生態(tài)平衡，對環(huán)境造成嚴重污染。 污水 連續(xù)排放，水質(zhì)水量有一定波動。污水 主要來源于麥芽制造、糖化、發(fā)酵、洗瓶及灌裝等工序。s BOD is high, it could pollute the environment if drained before treatment, so it request the beer waste water which drained must be strictly treated to the two effluence standard in the country, which is as following: BOD ≤ 20 mg/L , COD ≤ 100 mg/L , SS ≤ 70 mg/L ,pH = 6～ 9 . According to the product scale of beer brewery, the main standard of draining water\natural materials, and so on, the main process technology of the beer waste water disposal station is defined as UASB + CASS .Practice of project indicate, when COD of wastewater reduces from 1400mg/l to 50~100mg/l, BOD reduces from 800mg/l to 20mg/l, SS reduces from 350mg/l to 70mg/l, so that drains out can reaches the Standard. The technological process of this design is: Beer waste water → Screens → The sewage lift pump house → shuili shai → Regulates tank → Reaction tank of UASB → Tank of CASS → Treatment water This technology of wastewater treatment has many traits. Such as, wellknit structure, pithy quick control, lasting attacked, less sledge capacity. Practice indicates that the posed craft has reliable function, its investment is little, and its running and management is unplicated.
