【正文】 目建設(shè)規(guī)模、建設(shè)內(nèi)容及實(shí)施方案 建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn) 新挖魚池（土池）達(dá)到標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是：、壩頂寬3米，坡度比1∶，安裝水泥進(jìn)出水管，池底龜背型，方向座北朝南。 銷售隊(duì)伍、網(wǎng)絡(luò)荷包紅鯉魚是我縣的地方名優(yōu)產(chǎn)品，養(yǎng)殖已經(jīng)不成問題，而且隨著新科學(xué)技術(shù)的使用，產(chǎn)量提高亦非難事，目前的關(guān)鍵問題就是銷售，因此建立一支高素質(zhì)的銷售隊(duì)伍迫在眉捷。農(nóng)戶有責(zé)任按照龍頭企業(yè)的要求，保質(zhì)保量向龍頭企業(yè)提供產(chǎn)品，保證龍頭企業(yè)有穩(wěn)定的貨源；而龍頭企業(yè)則要向農(nóng)戶提供產(chǎn)前、產(chǎn)中和產(chǎn)后服務(wù)，按規(guī)定價(jià)格收購產(chǎn)品，保證農(nóng)戶的經(jīng)濟(jì)收入不受影響。可以說，產(chǎn)品的市場(chǎng)競爭能力強(qiáng)勁，進(jìn)入國內(nèi)外市場(chǎng)的前景廣闊。近年來，一直供不應(yīng)求，具有較強(qiáng)的競爭能力，北京、上海、南京、深圳、珠海、廣州等大中城市，價(jià)格一般都在每公斤五十元以上，成為星級(jí)賓館餐桌上的名貴佳肴。按現(xiàn)有生產(chǎn)能力，全縣漁業(yè)總產(chǎn)5004噸，其中荷包紅鯉魚產(chǎn)量僅1500噸，明顯供不應(yīng)求，完全可以增加養(yǎng)殖。多年來，我縣一直依托外銷和作為禮品贈(zèng)送，知名度越來越高。解決的辦法是：一是新挖標(biāo)準(zhǔn)土池；二是建設(shè)精養(yǎng)魚池；三是改造現(xiàn)有魚池；四是開發(fā)利用網(wǎng)箱養(yǎng)魚技術(shù)；五是積極向上級(jí)有關(guān)部門爭取項(xiàng)目，并進(jìn)行招商引資，籌措開發(fā)資金。我縣財(cái)政每年除上交上級(jí)財(cái)政外，所剩資金僅僅只夠保工資。良種上，現(xiàn)有縣荷包紅鯉研究所及原種場(chǎng)、曉林漁場(chǎng)、石頭茁漁場(chǎng)院，通過充分挖掘潛力，可以滿足全縣3萬畝養(yǎng)殖水面的良種供應(yīng)。 有利條件 自然條件我縣是XX荷包紅鯉魚的原產(chǎn)地，雨量充沛，氣溫適宜，光照充足，占水域面積43%，完全可以滿足荷包紅鯉養(yǎng)殖的水源要求。水庫星羅棋布，有?。ㄒ唬┬退畮?座，?。ǘ┬退畮?3座，山塘水庫123座，具有充足的水源條件。在此前提下，為了進(jìn)一步搞好荷包紅鯉魚的產(chǎn)業(yè)化經(jīng)營，縣委、縣政府決定再用2年的時(shí)間，（其中十個(gè)大中城市銷售窗口50畝），從而達(dá)到調(diào)整產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)，發(fā)展多種經(jīng)營，增加農(nóng)民收入的目的，是十分必要的。荷包紅鯉魚已獲無公害水產(chǎn)品稱號(hào)，“婺荷”商標(biāo)被認(rèn)定為江西省著名商標(biāo)。特別是近10年來，隨著群眾養(yǎng)殖技術(shù)的不斷提高和價(jià)格的穩(wěn)定，養(yǎng)魚的積極性越來越高。 品種簡述XX荷包紅鯉魚養(yǎng)殖適應(yīng)性廣、生長快、繁殖能力強(qiáng)，它頭小尾短，背高體寬，背部隆起，腹部肥大，形似荷包，體色全紅，經(jīng)選育已成為經(jīng)濟(jì)性狀優(yōu)良，在全國推廣且深得水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖界之歡迎的品種。到解放時(shí)，已剩下無幾，瀕于滅絕?？h委、縣政府決定重點(diǎn)扶持XX荷包紅魚銷售公司，以此為龍頭，帶動(dòng)廣大養(yǎng)殖農(nóng)戶實(shí)行荷包紅魚產(chǎn)業(yè)化生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營。中央農(nóng)村工作會(huì)議強(qiáng)調(diào)，發(fā)展高產(chǎn)、優(yōu)質(zhì)、高效、生態(tài)、安全農(nóng)業(yè)是推進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整、轉(zhuǎn)變農(nóng)業(yè)增長方式的核心，要優(yōu)化農(nóng)業(yè)區(qū)域布局，促進(jìn)優(yōu)勢(shì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品和特色農(nóng)產(chǎn)品向優(yōu)勢(shì)產(chǎn)區(qū)集中，形成優(yōu)勢(shì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)業(yè)帶，推動(dòng)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化經(jīng)營更快更好地發(fā)展。Lesson94 Future champions 未來的冠軍Lesson93 A noble gift 崇高的禮物 My key,39。 he called.39。ve forgotten my key.39。 I said. 39。Well, I39。 Excuse my interrupting you.
