【正文】 on account of the Obligations or to require Buyer to seek to enforce or resort to any remedies with respect to any security interests， liens or encumbrances　granted to Buyer by Seller or any other party on account of the Obligations.　　作為在本擔(dān)保書項(xiàng)下?lián)Ｈ烁犊罨蜃鞒雎男械臈l件，不應(yīng)要求買方，擔(dān)保人也據(jù)此放棄要求買方，起訴賣方或就針對(duì)賣方或任何因債務(wù)對(duì)買方負(fù)有義務(wù)的他方采取的任何救濟(jì)措施尋求強(qiáng)制執(zhí)行，或就賣方或他方基于債務(wù)提供給買方的任何擔(dān)保利益、留置物、抵押物尋求強(qiáng)制執(zhí)行或任何救濟(jì)措施。擔(dān)保人據(jù)此不可撤銷地放棄由買方現(xiàn)在或今后持有的任何擔(dān)保物所帶來的利益并放棄任何分享該擔(dān)保物的權(quán)利，不論上述任何一種權(quán)利源于衡平法、普通法或合同。9. Waiver of Rights of Subrogation. 第九條 放棄代位權(quán)The Guarantor shall have no right of subrogation， reimbursement， exoneration， contribution or any other rights that would result in the Guarantor being deemed a creditor of Seller under the United States Bankruptcy Code or any other law or for any other purpose and the Guarantor hereby irrevocably　waives all such rights， the right to assert any such rights and any right to enforce any　remedy which Guarantor may now or hereafter have against Seller and hereby　irrevocably waives any benefit of and any right to participate in， any security now or　hereafter held by Buyer， whether any of the foregoing rights arise in equity， at law or by contract.。 Guarantor waives any right to a jury trial in any action hereunder or arising out of Buyers transactions with Seller.　　　擔(dān)保人放棄在因本擔(dān)保書或買賣雙方交易而產(chǎn)生的任何訴訟中由陪審團(tuán)審理的所有權(quán)利。7.
