【正文】 律師在辦理甲方委托的法律事務過程中，應對所涉及的商業(yè)秘密、技術秘密和個人隱私承擔保密義務。乙方接 受委托后，如發(fā)現甲方捏造事實、弄虛作假，乙方有權終止履行本合同，依本合同所收的律師費用不予退還并有權要求甲方支付約定的其他未付律師費；因甲方的虛假陳述導致的一切法律責任，由甲方承擔。 Article III The lawyer of Party B shall strictly observe the practice disciplines and professional morality of lawyers and shall perform his/her agency duty within the authorized scope to safeguard the legal rights of party A.
