Burning furnace system in which the choices were the main fluidized bed incinerator, the main advantage of adaptability in dealed with the waste type, flue gas emissions performance, burning efficiency, and the incinerator furnace height, depth and diameter of the design calculation. Dust removal system was mainly used in high temperature cyclone, the collection efficiency of more than 90%, while designed for the diameter of the cyclone, exhaust port, the slag port and the cyclone setted velocity, separation efficiency, pressure drop etc. Such as the design of the gas system was mainly the design of air and flue gas volume calculations. Waste heat recovery mainly on the calculation of calories burned. In addition, the incinerator were also threedimensional simulation. This paper not only for the incineration system were studied, but also for the structure of the incinerator were optimized, the use of a fluidized bed incinerator burnned pletely, can effectively control the process of waste incineration produces harmful gases, simple, stable and so on.
