Management of residential property owners involved in a large number of data, plex statistical and charges of the resource management area, the traditional management methods to cope with the artificial. Area property management system is better for the district managers to carry out the business and the development of work management software, the use of puters to achieve high efficiency residential property, accurate maintenance and management. This paper is mainly aimed at the dawn of Wuhan City, the real estate needs, the development of a residential property management systems, for the office staff to provide necessary assistance to the dawn of a large number of old residential and small residential property management information onto the road. Dawn of the system is based on the actual management of residential design process, its work process is also in line with reality. Key words: Property management。 office automation 1 1 緒論 系統(tǒng)背景 黎明小區(qū)位于武漢珞獅南路武漢理工大學(xué)對(duì)面，屬于典型的老式居民小區(qū)，共有房屋七棟、健身器材三套、環(huán)衛(wèi)設(shè)備兩套。因?yàn)闆](méi)有專(zhuān)業(yè)的物業(yè)公司管理，該小區(qū)內(nèi)所有的維修、繳費(fèi)問(wèn)題等都靠居民自行解決，安全隱患不能及時(shí)排查。并且該小區(qū)老人較多，沒(méi)有配套的物業(yè)管理服務(wù)，給老人的生活造成諸多不便。這給建設(shè)和諧社會(huì)帶來(lái) 了很大的困難，而要實(shí)現(xiàn)這些小區(qū)的物業(yè)管理專(zhuān)業(yè)化投資并不大?？梢蕴岣咿k公效率，減少辦公壓力，規(guī)范物業(yè)管理，減少安全隱患和糾紛等不和諧因素，為我國(guó)建設(shè)和諧社會(huì)做出貢獻(xiàn)。 2）設(shè)計(jì)出友好的界面 界面的友好與否是軟件優(yōu)劣的重要方面之一 。 3）強(qiáng)大的信息管理和查詢、分析能力 可以對(duì)學(xué)生管理工作相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行對(duì)方面查詢，提高各個(gè)模塊的數(shù)據(jù)交換。 2
