【正文】 一、乙方指派律師為甲方的常年法律顧問，乙方律師以法律顧問的身份在本合同規(guī)定的工作范圍內(nèi)提供法律服務(wù)。 三、乙方及其指派律師應(yīng)享的權(quán)利： 查閱與承辦法律事務(wù)的有關(guān)的甲方內(nèi)部文件和資料； 了解甲方在生產(chǎn)、經(jīng)營、管理和對外聯(lián)系活動中的有關(guān)情況； 列席甲方領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人召集的生產(chǎn)、經(jīng)營、管理和對外活動中的有關(guān)會 議； 獲得履行法律顧問職責(zé)所必須的辦公、交通及其他工作條件和便 利：按不低于甲方部門經(jīng)理之標(biāo)準(zhǔn)辦理。 五、甲方遇有緊急法律事務(wù)，可隨時(shí)與法律顧問聯(lián)系，并有責(zé)任向法律 顧問詳細(xì)真實(shí)地介紹有關(guān)情況。 六、按照《律師業(yè)務(wù)收費(fèi)管理辦法》和《律師業(yè)務(wù)收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》經(jīng)雙方協(xié) 商，由甲方每年向乙方支付法律顧問費(fèi)人民幣元整。 七、甲方與其他單位或公民發(fā)生糾紛訴訟時(shí)，或出現(xiàn)清算破產(chǎn)、兼并重 組等重大的法律事務(wù)，委托法律顧問參與的，應(yīng)另行辦理委托手續(xù)。 八、乙方辦理甲方委托事務(wù)所支付的實(shí)際開支，包括但不限于差旅費(fèi)、 查詢費(fèi)等，由甲方實(shí)報(bào)實(shí)銷。 十、本合同自甲乙雙方簽章之日起生效。 甲方： 乙方： 法定代表人： 承辦律師： 年月日 LEGAL COUNSEL CONTRACT This contract dated , whose address is at (“the Client” hereinafter), AND (“the Firm” hereinafter), whose address at , Wanxin Building, , Dong Si Shi Tiao, Dongcheng District, Beijing 100007, China.
