【正文】 特此說(shuō)明。所以后來(lái)公司又將費(fèi)用調(diào)整為擔(dān)保費(fèi)：，其他相關(guān)費(fèi)用為2收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為擔(dān)保費(fèi)：，其他相關(guān)費(fèi)用為1800。支付時(shí)間是在單位時(shí)間之后的1周內(nèi)完成。第三條 結(jié)算金額及方式1．甲方按_________為單位時(shí)間，維修費(fèi)共計(jì)為_(kāi)________元人民幣，在協(xié)議簽字生效后一周內(nèi)，向乙方一次性支付維護(hù)費(fèi)。5．協(xié)議設(shè)備合同發(fā)生故障，需要更換配件時(shí)，甲方承擔(dān)配件費(fèi)用。3．未經(jīng)乙方認(rèn)可，甲方不得邀請(qǐng)第三方單位對(duì)協(xié)議設(shè)備進(jìn)行維修，否則乙方不承擔(dān)由此產(chǎn)生的后果和責(zé)任。第二條 甲方義務(wù)1．甲方在協(xié)議設(shè)備出現(xiàn)故障后，及時(shí)通知乙方。在沒(méi)有甲方報(bào)修通知的情況下，乙方按維計(jì)劃，對(duì)甲方合同設(shè)備進(jìn)行上門(mén)維護(hù)。6．如果乙方為甲方更換的部件在三個(gè)月保修期內(nèi)損壞，乙方需為甲方免費(fèi)更換、維修。4．乙方維修只收取配件費(fèi)，并且保證配件費(fèi)持平或低于廠商統(tǒng)一價(jià)格。2．乙方上門(mén)維修不收取上門(mén)費(fèi)及工時(shí)費(fèi)。第一條 乙方義務(wù)1．乙方根據(jù)甲方協(xié)議設(shè)備出現(xiàn)故障的報(bào)修通知，乙方優(yōu)先安排上門(mén)維修。 mentioned above means any hour during 9：00am17：00pm in every legal working day；（2）any information alternation of party a，such as name，address，telephone，contact， inform party b in time，otherwise the benefit of party a would be damaged；（3）party a should afford all expenses occurred on the way when party b provides service outside shanghai downtown；（4）the warranty made by party b in this contract would bee ineffective if party a transfer the equipment to any other third party；（5）other issues which should be negotiated before signature added as appendix in clause 9，the appendix has the same effectiveness to the other conditions of this contract；（6）the service fee mentioned above only includes the serviced in clause 4，not include the cost of spare parts and ．a(chǎn)ppendixboth parties concerned have negotiated all conditions above，and any other oral requirement can not influence the effectiveness of this a：_____________________
