Please note that not allow people to walk on the scaffold which have been established as a access. G6～G10軸腳手架是從管廊上開始搭設(shè)，搭設(shè)距地高度為+；橫向是與原管道鋼梁支架為底面在其上面搭設(shè)，縱向固定在管廊的鋼梁上；搭設(shè)時先在管道鋼梁支架上墊上方木塊，再把預(yù)制好的架子管底板放在木板上，用鐵絲捆扎牢固，然后插入架子管，另一端通過架子管固定在鋼梁上； The scaffold which is + from ground is established on the outside pipe rack between at the axis of G6 and G10。 the horizontal tube be fixed on the existing steel partition board and vertical tube be fixed on the beam of pipe rack. when scaffold established on the steel partition board, the scaffold will be close to north side as possible as we can ,but not allow to touch existing cable tray, then wooden board will be put in the north side in order to separate existing cable tray。 precaution will be noted than not allow to hit and damage existing equipment, pipe and equipment when scaffold to be established. G9～G12軸腳手架是從管廊上開始搭設(shè)，搭設(shè)距地高度+；橫向是與原鋼隔板為底面在其上面搭設(shè)，縱向固定在管廊的鋼梁上，在鋼隔板上搭設(shè)的腳手架，架子管盡量靠北但不得觸及原有橋架，然后在靠近北面橋架一側(cè)的腳手架上鋪設(shè)木板與原有橋架隔離；通過鋼梁固定的架子管，在架子管與鋼梁間應(yīng)墊層木板，用鐵絲綁扎結(jié)實(shí)；整個腳手架搭設(shè)完后，應(yīng)在安裝橋架的下方也鋪層薄木板，達(dá)到保護(hù)原有的橋架及管線，安裝完的橋架人不能在上面行走，不得把安裝完的橋架作為人行通道。在B204一期工程C軸～D軸間需搭設(shè)腳手架，腳手架操作平臺搭設(shè)區(qū)域見附圖7，樣式圖見附圖8；Cable tray will enter into room of B204 between axis c and d from No. bracket of pipe rack down to after finishing installation of outside pipe rack. The cable tray will be installed from to up inside B204 room, we will use exist steel beam as support and avoid to make hole on the wall of building. When electrical appliance to be used in construction, explosion proof equipment will be adopted and power cable will not touch any exist cable and pipe, fire proof cloth will be put under cable tray when installation. Scaffold have to be set up at axis CD in the B204 area of first term project , Operation platform position of scaffold see attached diagram7, pattern see attached diagram 8. 進(jìn)入B204一期生產(chǎn)區(qū)作業(yè)施工時，應(yīng)在施工區(qū)域內(nèi)拉上警戒線，并搭設(shè)防護(hù)欄；安裝橋架時，橋架應(yīng)從里往外安裝，以原預(yù)留的橋架連接；搬運(yùn)時首先把橋架放至+，并在原預(yù)留的支架上鋪上層防火布，然后沿著支架平拉至原預(yù)留橋架接口處，再取下墊著的防火布，固定橋架；在建筑屋內(nèi)施工采用移動式腳手架；When construction to be done in first term project area of B204, pull guard line and set up safety rail in construction area；when cable tray to be connected from inside room to outside room, method is from inside room to outside room in order to connect to existing cable tray。安裝時先沿著NO. ，再從G10軸線處爬至頂層，從G9軸線用直角彎敷設(shè)至NO. ，再降至NO. ；在吊裝前應(yīng)在需安裝橋架的上層橋架底處鋪設(shè)層薄木版，避免在吊裝及運(yùn)輸時損傷原宥電纜，并且在管廊上運(yùn)輸、安裝橋架過程中，施工人員必須帶好安全帶, 安全帶卡扣不得掛在管線、橋架、閥門等設(shè)備上。When construction made in the production area, power cable for temporary construction can not touch operation equipment and pipe.
