【正文】 File signedoff copy in archive file文件簽字復(fù)印存檔。The documents, procedures and systems should be reviewed to reflect the necessary improvements and record the failure modes for future reference and product/process developments.文件，程序和系統(tǒng)應(yīng)該不斷的檢查，反映必要的改進(jìn)，記錄下錯誤的模式作為今后產(chǎn)品/過程開發(fā)的參考，ie. Design FMEA, Process FMEA, Control Plan, standard Operating Procedures, BMS procedures etc. 例：DFMEA，PFMEA，Control Plan，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)操作程序，BMS程序 等MPLEMENTATION DATE執(zhí)行日期Planned date for introduction of preventive action采取預(yù)防措施的計劃時間CONGRATULATE THE TEAM AND CLOSE 祝賀這個小組和問題關(guān)閉Track the progress of all the actions until they are closed.追蹤所有措施的進(jìn)展直到全部關(guān)閉Specifiy COMPLETE in the appropriate box against each of the actions once they are pleted.一旦某一措施完成，在相應(yīng)的框格內(nèi)寫上“完成“Confirm the PPM figures have been adjusted at the Customer and internally. Send to Customer as final issue.確認(rèn)內(nèi)部的和顧客的PPM已經(jīng)調(diào)整。IMPLEMENTED ON SIMILAR PRODUCTS/PROCESSES AFFECTED:在其它受影響的類似產(chǎn)品/過程中執(zhí)行Confirm all other similar products affected by this problem have corrective actions implemented.確認(rèn)所有其它受這個問題影響的相似產(chǎn)品也同樣執(zhí)行糾錯措施ACTION(S) TO PREVENT RECURRENCE防止再發(fā)生的措施The preventive action taken must address the potential for reoccurrence of the problem, what actually allowed for the problem to occur eg. a business process, document or training issue.采取的預(yù)防措施必須針對問題再發(fā)生的潛在可能，究竟什么會引起問題再發(fā)生。OTHER PRODUCTS/PROCESSES AFFECTED:其它受影響的產(chǎn)品/過程Confirm all other similar products that could be affected by this problem have been considered as part of the corrective actions.驗證所有的其它可能受此問題影響的相似產(chǎn)品是整個糾錯措施的一部分。Effective 有效性State the percentage effectiveness of the corrective actions as part of the verification.作為驗證的一部分，闡明糾正措施有效性的百分比。IMPLEMENTED PERMANENT CORRECTIV
