【正文】 【英文摘要】Chinese Communist investigated and deployed a great project that investigating a best way to improve governance capability in response to The Fourth Plenary Meeting of the 17th Session of Congress. While being strongly against corruption is the significant political task that our party is always making great effort on, the task still need to be deepened. Anticorruption consists of many links, among which addressing both the symptoms and root causes is the significant policy, furthermore honest education is the most fundamental one. Anticorruption can’t run smoothly unless all the links work well with each other. The understanding of honest education should be reinforced, and be reflected and explored under the guidance of the historical experience and the theoretical research of our revolutionary teachers and pioneers. That is beneficial to improve integrity work and push forward the construction of the incorruption government
