Hinggan League Arxan city is situated in the far eastern area of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Its full name Haren Arxan means hot holy water in the Mongolian language. Arxan is a tourism city in the northern frontier with a blend of large forest, grand prairies, vast snowfield, heaven lake cluster, thermium, as well as volcanic cluster. Nestled close to the country39。這次做論文的經(jīng)歷也會使我終身受益， 我感受到做論文是要真真正正用心去做的一件事情，是真正的自己學習的過程和研究的過程，沒有學習就不可能有研究的能力，沒有自己的研究，就不會有所突破，希望這次的經(jīng)歷能讓我在以后學習和工作中激勵我繼續(xù)進步。 雖然 我的論文作品不是很成熟，還有很多不足之處，但我可以自豪的說，這里面的每一個字都是我自己的勞動。論文內(nèi)容豐富，專業(yè)性強，也有很多前人的經(jīng)驗，是我們學習的好材料。 這次設計中，主要寫的是家用中央空調(diào)。 正是有了他們的悉心幫助和支持，才使我的畢業(yè)論文工作順利完成，在此向無錫職業(yè)技術學院，機電系的全體老師表示由衷的謝意。在此向老師表示深深的感謝和崇高的敬意。更換內(nèi)機傳感器，試機正常。拆開檢查，T2 在室溫 10℃左右測得其為 27κΩ的阻值。當壓機啟動后，盤管溫度升高，使其阻值很快繼續(xù)變小，并小于 62℃過熱保護相對應的阻值。判斷 T2 阻值變小，并且不穩(wěn)定。內(nèi)外機均無故障指示，而內(nèi)風機照常運轉。 分析處理：開制熱試機檢查，外 機尚未工作時，內(nèi)風機已按設定風速送風。 機 型： KFR27GW/BM 故障現(xiàn)象：制熱效果差。 機 型： KFR50LW/BPF 故障現(xiàn)象：用戶報修反映制熱差、內(nèi)機噪聲大 分 析處理：經(jīng)檢查機器壓力比正常略高 12Kg，噪聲是由壓縮機傳到室內(nèi)的，由于用戶才安裝 2 個月，未補過氟不可能出現(xiàn)氟利昂過多，因此懷疑是系統(tǒng)節(jié)流造成噪音過大和制熱效果差，經(jīng)仔細檢查管路發(fā)現(xiàn)粗管出墻后一個隱蔽處有折扁的地方，截掉折扁管路，焊接處理后試機正常，噪音也消失。拆回后試機，一切正常，能升頻，降頻，最高電流 ，壓力達 多，出風口溫度達到 52 度，說明用戶電源線有問題，但用戶不明白，最后我們自帶電源線從用戶電表直接拉線供空調(diào)使用，機器運轉正常。 機型： KFR32GWA/BP 故障現(xiàn)象：用戶反映制熱差，室內(nèi)機防冷風一會吹熱風，運行燈一會兒閃，一會亮，交替運行。 經(jīng)驗總結：變頻機出現(xiàn)通訊故障后涉及的電路往往比較廣泛，因為其通訊采用串行閉合電流環(huán)通迅，采取一定的通迅協(xié)議來完成工作的，其首先主要電流環(huán)回路正常，其次要求室內(nèi)、外 CPU 均要正常工作才能完成通迅，象此例故障中由于室外的 直流不正常，導致室外模塊板上的開關電源不工作，從而不能提供 +5V 電源給室外板，室外板上的 CPU 就不能工作，而室內(nèi)板上遲遲接收不到室外的信號，從而判定通訊故障。在準備裝上外機頂蓋時，突然聽到外機里有“嗶吧”的放電聲，遂再拆開室外機的前面框， 仔細傾聽聲音來源，最后發(fā)現(xiàn)電抗器對外殼放電。 分析處理：因為機器判 定通迅故障，則故障范圍較大，內(nèi)機、外機或內(nèi)外機連接線都有可能，因此，我們準備先打開室外機右端蓋，準備測量通訊線與零線上的電壓。 故障處理：建議用戶購買穩(wěn)壓器，加上后機器正常。重點檢查室內(nèi)銅封探頭，測其探頭正常；測其運行電流只有 ；測其運行電壓180V 左右。 故障分析：一直處于防冷風狀態(tài) 原因有： 該機系統(tǒng)缺氟； 室內(nèi)銅
