【正文】 TradeFair open! 。 現(xiàn) 在 ， 我 宣 布 第 七 屆 中 國(guó) 西 部 國(guó) 際 博 覽 會(huì) 開 幕 ！attractedandcustomersinvitedthroughanopen,fairandequitableoperationsystem,andwithcredit,hospitalityandconsiderateservice,friends,fromthepresenttimetoaperiodtoe,weareinacriticalhistoricaljuncturewhenourcountryisfocusingonbuildingamoderatelyprosperoussocietyandacceleratingthepaceofmodernization,whileatthesametimethedevelopmentofetterWesternChinaInternationalEconomyamp。TradeFairis“ Open,Cooperation,CommonWinandDevelopment” ,whichIthinkisconsistentwiththedevelopmentneedsofthewesternregionandthecharatdepartmentsoftheStateCouncilmustcarefullyanizetheeventandcloselycollaboratewitheachother,makefulluseoftheplatformprovidedbytheFairandintensifytheeffortstobringinforeigninvestment,makegoodconnectionandmunicationforthebusinessworkingbefore,duringandaftertheFairandinthecourseoftheimplementationofthebusinessprojects,andfacilitatetheparticipationofallpa,specialattentionshouldbegiven tothebuildingofbrandnamesandtheprotectionofintellectualpropecoperation,usinessesshouldbe 同志們，朋友們，當(dāng)前和今后的一個(gè)時(shí)期，是我國(guó)全面建設(shè)小康社會(huì)、加快推進(jìn)現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程的重要?dú)v史時(shí)期，西部大開發(fā)也進(jìn)入了一個(gè)新的歷史階段。把本屆博覽會(huì)辦 出 特 色 、 辦 出 水 平 。四川省政府和國(guó)務(wù) 院有關(guān)部門一定要精心組 織，密切合作，充分發(fā)揮博 覽會(huì)平臺(tái)作用，加大招商引 資力度，切實(shí)做好會(huì)前會(huì)后 項(xiàng)目洽談和落實(shí)過程中的 銜接與溝通工作，為參戰(zhàn)各 方商品展銷、經(jīng)貿(mào)交流創(chuàng)造 有利條件。TradeFairisagrandinternationaltradeandeconomicgatheringthatincorporatesmoditydisplayandsales,andbusinessexchangesandinvestm,theFairhasbeenheldsuccessfullyinSichuanProvince 地區(qū)的近 2 萬(wàn)名客商前來 參會(huì)，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)成交額累計(jì) 300 多億元，博覽會(huì)已成為中國(guó) 西部地區(qū)研討加快實(shí)施西 部大開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略、開展國(guó)際經(jīng) 貿(mào)交流合作的重要平臺(tái)，成 為展示中國(guó)滋補(bǔ)歷史文化 底蘊(yùn)、改革開放成果和美好 發(fā)展前景的重要窗口。ecologicalconstructionandenvironmentalprotectionhavebeenenhanced。 中國(guó)西部國(guó)際博覽會(huì)是西 部地區(qū)集西部地區(qū)商品展 銷、經(jīng)貿(mào)交流、招商引資、 理論研討于一體的大型國(guó) 際經(jīng)貿(mào)盛會(huì)，自 2021 年以 來已在四川省連續(xù)成功舉 辦了六屆， 50 多 個(gè) 國(guó) 家 和effortsindevelopingWesternChinahavefruitedinmajorprogressandnoticeableresults,whichshouldbeattributedtothecorrectleadershipoftheCPCCentralCommitteeandtheStateCouncil,andthehardworkandthepioneeringandinnovativespiritofalltheethnicgroupsinWesoving。 西部大開發(fā)是中國(guó)的一項(xiàng) 長(zhǎng)期戰(zhàn)略，不僅未來 5 年要 繼續(xù)加以實(shí)施，而且將貫穿 于中國(guó)全面建設(shè)社會(huì)和現(xiàn) 代化事業(yè)的全過程。六年來，在中央和國(guó)務(wù)院的正確領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，經(jīng)過西部地區(qū)各族人民的艱苦奮斗、開拓創(chuàng)新，西部大開發(fā)取得了重大 進(jìn)展和明顯成效：基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施 和投資環(huán)境不斷改善，經(jīng)濟(jì) 增長(zhǎng)速度普遍加快，生態(tài)建 設(shè)和環(huán)境保護(hù)得到加強(qiáng)，教 育科技衛(wèi)生等社會(huì)事業(yè)穩(wěn) 步發(fā)展，人才開發(fā)取得實(shí) 效。西部地區(qū)擁有我國(guó)一半以上的國(guó)土面積，蘊(yùn)藏著豐富的礦產(chǎn)資源，具有巨大的市場(chǎng)空間，在能源、農(nóng)業(yè)、旅游、科技等諸多方面，具有較大優(yōu)勢(shì)和發(fā)展?jié)摿?。我代表?guó)務(wù)院向 本屆博覽會(huì)的舉辦表示熱 烈祝賀，向到會(huì)的各位來賓 和海內(nèi)外朋友表示誠(chéng)摯的 歡 迎
