The block diagram of the system was shown in Figure 1. The basic functions design of the remote lock is divided into five parts such as choosing a password, password show, unlocking of the machine key, password error alarm and remote unlocking. 2 The Design of Hardware Circuit The Design of infrared remote control transmitter IR transmit / receive control circuits are achieved by the AT89C51 microcontroller with simple circuit, selectable output control method and very practical [5]. (3)The 5 valid password must be entered in according with the order, error order or the wrong password would not fit the lock if was not confirmed, and fivesecond alarm signal 30 will be issued to remind the user. (4) If 3 consecutive wrong password, there will be a long time alarm, then only reset button can return the system to the original state.
