Gulliver39。當(dāng)前，反腐倡廉建設(shè)面臨許多前所未有的新情況新問題，需要我們用新的眼光審視、判斷和分析新形勢，以改革創(chuàng)新精神加強(qiáng)反腐倡廉建設(shè)的各項工作。要全面貫徹標(biāo)本兼治、綜合治理、懲防并舉、注重預(yù)防的方針，做到懲治和預(yù)防兩手抓、兩手都要硬。反腐倡廉必須始終為促進(jìn)發(fā)展服務(wù)。只有堅持不懈地抓好領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部作風(fēng)建設(shè)，不斷教育和引導(dǎo)各級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部自覺發(fā)揚(yáng)黨的光榮傳統(tǒng)和優(yōu)良作風(fēng)，我們黨才能更好地提高執(zhí)政能力，才能永葆先進(jìn)性。黨的執(zhí)政能力和先進(jìn)性，不僅體現(xiàn)在黨的理論和路
