【正文】 This Agreement shall be subject to the terms and conditions in the Sales Confirmation signed by both parties hereto. 本協(xié)議于**年*月*日在**簽訂，正本兩份，甲乙雙方各執(zhí)一份。 Party A shall not supply the contracted modity to any other buyer(s) in the above mentioned territory.
