WAIVER 棄權(quán) Except as herein otherwise specifically provided, the failure of either Party to insist on strict performance of any provisions of this agreement or to take advantage of any right hereunder, shall not be construed as a waiver of such provisions or right or a waiver of any subsequent performance thereof. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION 政府法律及爭(zhēng)議的解決 All disputes or difference whatsoever arising between the parties out of or relating to the construction, meaning and operation or effect of this Contract or breach thereof shall be settled by Arbitration in accordance with the International Rules of Arbitration and the award made in pursuance thereof shall be binding on both parties. The venue of arbitration proceedings will be in Hong Kong.
