【正文】 s a necessity that the Party B shall cooperate with the Party A in ordering the process of construction materials and equipments, the relevant expenses shall be paid by Party A.12．4甲方委托乙方配合引進(jìn)工程的設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)從、對(duì)外會(huì)談、國(guó)內(nèi)外技術(shù)考察直至建成投產(chǎn)的各個(gè)階段應(yīng)吸收承當(dāng)有關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)的設(shè)計(jì)人員參加。出國(guó)考察費(fèi)用由甲方承當(dāng)。The Party A entrusts the Party B to cooperate with the engineering work of imported project and design personnel undertaking relevant design assignment shall be included in all stages from enquiry, business negotiation, domestic and overseas tenical inspection until the production period.
