The pany may obtain loans from sources inside or outside ina. (a) 合營可就總額超出注冊資本的部通過貸款融資。合營可向國內(nèi)外機構(gòu)貸款。 (b) Any external financing raised by the pany shall not confer any right on any lender to acquire an interest in the registered capital of the pany or to participate in the Business. (b) 合營進展外部融資時不得向貸款人授予任何權(quán)利導(dǎo)致其在合營注冊資本中占有任何份額或有權(quán)參與合營的經(jīng)營。 (c) If any guarantee is required as security for any external financing of the pany approved by the Board in accordance with Article (c)(v), and if the Parties agree to provide guarantees in relation to su financing, the Parties shall severally guarantee the obligations of the pany under su external financing in proportion to their respective interests in the registered capital of the pany at su time as the guarantee is given (unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Parties).
