所有工資發(fā)放無(wú)異議。七、甲乙雙方確認(rèn)以上協(xié)議的內(nèi)容真實(shí)合法有效,并確認(rèn)該協(xié)議內(nèi)容作為勞動(dòng)合同的重要補(bǔ)充部分加以遵守。該協(xié)議從簽字之日起生效。甲方(蓋章):年月日乙方(簽字):年月日第四篇:勞動(dòng)合同補(bǔ)充協(xié)議書(shū)勞動(dòng)合同補(bǔ)充協(xié)議書(shū)甲方(用工方):乙方(勞動(dòng)者):甲方與乙方簽訂了勞動(dòng)合同,現(xiàn)就勞動(dòng)合同未涉及的相關(guān)問(wèn)題簽訂如下補(bǔ)充協(xié)議:一、乙方在職期間,甲方為其購(gòu)買(mǎi)商業(yè)保險(xiǎn)一份,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)按每月不超出1000元執(zhí)行,超出部分由乙方承擔(dān);二、乙方在職期間,甲方將為其提供每年一次的旅行津貼2100元,此津貼由甲方于每年12月10日前支付給乙方;三、乙方必須嚴(yán)格遵守公司的規(guī)章制度,乙方已領(lǐng)取公司《員工手冊(cè)》,并知曉其內(nèi)容,在工作之外的個(gè)人原因造成的一切事故,一切的責(zé)任及賠償由乙方自行承擔(dān),甲方概不負(fù)責(zé);四、乙方工作時(shí)間外出辦事需明確告知甲方;請(qǐng)病、事假需即刻報(bào)告甲方并提交書(shū)面申請(qǐng),病假需出具醫(yī)院證明;五、在合同期內(nèi),甲方承擔(dān)乙方往返家鄉(xiāng)至中國(guó)的機(jī)票費(fèi)用每年一次,并協(xié)助乙方獲得工作簽證;六、甲方為乙方提供通訊費(fèi)(含上網(wǎng)費(fèi)),每月不超過(guò)250元;七、甲方允許乙方按照國(guó)外傳統(tǒng)的圣誕節(jié)休假,即每年的 12月23日起至次年的1月2日,此休假期間,甲方將正常支付乙方的工資,如需乙方配合短期內(nèi)完成的工作,乙方須積極配合完成;八、乙方允許甲方使用其姓名及頭像用于雜志、宣傳冊(cè)或傳單上以及電視等媒體的商業(yè)廣告宣傳。九、乙方受聘于甲方從事品牌管理工作,乙方不得再為其他企業(yè)兼職,更不得將甲方的各項(xiàng)資料對(duì)外泄露,否則,愿向甲方支付違約金一萬(wàn)元,若違約金不足賠償甲方的損失,甲方有權(quán)向乙方繼續(xù)追償;十、甲方集團(tuán)公司及甲方頒布的管理制度是勞動(dòng)合同的組成部份,乙方愿意遵守,若有違反按公司管理制度處理。若規(guī)章制度與勞動(dòng)合同及本補(bǔ)充協(xié)議存在沖突,以勞動(dòng)合同及本補(bǔ)充協(xié)議為準(zhǔn);十一、本協(xié)議由甲乙雙方代表簽字、加蓋單位公章生效,各執(zhí)一份。甲方(蓋章):乙方(簽字):甲方代表人(簽字或蓋章):Employment seal):第五篇:勞動(dòng)合同補(bǔ)充協(xié)議書(shū)一、工作地點(diǎn)乙方的工作地點(diǎn)為:甲方及其關(guān)聯(lián)公司所在地,工作崗位(工種)為:。二、勞動(dòng)紀(jì)律、法規(guī),服從甲方管理和教育,遵守甲方依法制定的各項(xiàng)規(guī)章制度及各項(xiàng)工藝規(guī)程和安全操作規(guī)程。,不得泄露及防范泄露甲方企業(yè)的商業(yè)秘密;不得以任何形式,利用技術(shù)、業(yè)務(wù)或職務(wù)及資源等參與甲方競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手的經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng),以及其他有損甲方利益的對(duì)外服務(wù)活動(dòng)。《員工手冊(cè)》及各項(xiàng)《規(guī)章制度》,甲方可按制度給予批評(píng)、教育和處罰,直至解除勞動(dòng)合同。乙方違反《員工手冊(cè)》及各項(xiàng)《規(guī)章制度》的行為給甲方造成損失時(shí),甲方有權(quán)要求乙方給予經(jīng)濟(jì)賠償,且保留依法追究乙方其他法律責(zé)任的權(quán)利?!秵T工手冊(cè)》及各項(xiàng)《規(guī)章制度》的內(nèi)容完全知悉并自覺(jué)遵守其所載全部條款,若有違反愿意接受甲方規(guī)定之處罰。三、勞動(dòng)合同的變更、解除和終止、乙雙方協(xié)商一致,本合同可以提前解除或更改合同的相關(guān)內(nèi)容。,致使勞動(dòng)合同無(wú)法履行,甲方應(yīng)書(shū)面通知乙方對(duì)原定勞動(dòng)合同的部分內(nèi)容作修改、補(bǔ)充或者刪減,乙方應(yīng)于得到通知后3日內(nèi)與甲方協(xié)商變更勞動(dòng)合同;乙方未能在規(guī)定時(shí)間內(nèi)給予答復(fù)或雙方未能就變更事項(xiàng)達(dá)成一致意見(jiàn)的,本合同依法予以解除。,甲方有權(quán)依照法律、法規(guī)以及甲方的規(guī)章制度、勞動(dòng)紀(jì)律、勞動(dòng)合同的約定對(duì)乙方經(jīng)濟(jì)處罰或解除勞動(dòng)合同,乙方下列行為給甲方造成損失的,應(yīng)在其責(zé)任范圍內(nèi)承擔(dān)相應(yīng)的賠償責(zé)任。(1)乙方提供與錄用相關(guān)的虛假證書(shū)或勞動(dòng)關(guān)系狀況、健康狀況、證明的或工作經(jīng)歷、學(xué)歷等作虛假陳述的及客觀存在其他不誠(chéng)信行為的;(2)乙方存在嚴(yán)重違反勞動(dòng)紀(jì)律或甲方制定規(guī)章制度、員工手冊(cè)的,經(jīng)甲方書(shū)面警告仍不改正的;(3)乙方不服從甲方指揮或工作分配和調(diào)動(dòng),嚴(yán)重影響生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)計(jì)劃的執(zhí)行和生產(chǎn)任務(wù)的完成;(4)乙方嚴(yán)重違反技術(shù)操作規(guī)程和安全規(guī)程,或者違章指揮,造成事故,使公司財(cái)產(chǎn)遭受重大損失的;(5)乙方存在違反法律法規(guī)和廉潔自律的情況,利用職務(wù)侵占、偷盜、挪用甲方財(cái)產(chǎn)、或存在營(yíng)私舞弊、受賄索賄、敲詐勒索、玩忽職守、嚴(yán)重失職,以及其他違法亂紀(jì)行為的,給甲方利益造成重大損害的;(6)乙方存在違反商業(yè)秘密、知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)或競(jìng)業(yè)限制的情況,泄露甲方商業(yè)(技術(shù))秘密或?yàn)楦?jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手服務(wù),乙方存在未經(jīng)甲方同意同時(shí)與其他用人單位建立勞動(dòng)關(guān)系或者兼職的;(7)乙方存在通過(guò)新聞媒體、通訊、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)等工具,發(fā)布或傳播詆毀甲方形象的言行,或由于乙方自身的違法行為或不良社會(huì)行為,給甲方形象產(chǎn)生嚴(yán)重不良影響或巨大傷害的;(8)乙方違法犯罪行為被依法追究刑事責(zé)任,被判處管制、拘役或徒刑(含緩刑)的;(9)法律法規(guī)及雙方約定的其它情形。(終止)勞動(dòng)關(guān)系的甲方有權(quán)要求乙方賠償甲方下列損失:(1)甲方招收錄用乙方所支付的費(fèi)用;(2)甲方為乙方支付的培訓(xùn)費(fèi)用(雙方有協(xié)議的按約定辦理);(3)對(duì)甲方生產(chǎn)、經(jīng)營(yíng)和工作造成的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失。5.明確雙方勞動(dòng)關(guān)系終止時(shí),乙方應(yīng)當(dāng)按照甲方《規(guī)章制度》辦妥工作交接手續(xù)。,為乙方出具解除或者終止勞動(dòng)合同的證明并為乙方辦理檔案、社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)轉(zhuǎn)移手續(xù),乙方應(yīng)積極配合甲方工作,否則由于乙方不配合導(dǎo)致乙方遭受損失的,甲方不負(fù)任何責(zé)任。7.甲乙雙方或任何一方提出解除勞動(dòng)合同或終止勞動(dòng)合同時(shí)均需按照國(guó)家法律規(guī)定的條件和程序進(jìn)行。四、勞動(dòng)合同續(xù)簽1.簽訂固定期限合同時(shí),合同期限屆滿前甲方需要和乙方續(xù)訂合同,應(yīng)提前通知乙方,乙方愿與甲方續(xù)訂合同的,應(yīng)在接到甲方續(xù)簽合同通知之日3日內(nèi)書(shū)面告知甲方。雙方協(xié)商一致同意續(xù)簽后,在本合同到期之前辦妥合同續(xù)簽。2.自甲方書(shū)面通知要求乙方簽訂勞動(dòng)合同之日起3日內(nèi),乙方拒簽或未予答復(fù)的,視為乙方不同意續(xù)簽勞動(dòng)合同,雙方的勞動(dòng)關(guān)系終止。五、工作交接,乙方應(yīng)按照甲方《員工手冊(cè)》辦理義務(wù)交接、應(yīng)收賬款處理、設(shè)備資產(chǎn)移交、商業(yè)秘密移交等工作交接手續(xù),交接完畢前不得擅離職守:(1)乙方的工作崗位或工作職責(zé)發(fā)生變化的;(2)乙方休假在半個(gè)月以上的;(3)本合同解除或到期(終止)的。:在本合同解除或到期(終止)時(shí),乙方須按甲方要求辦理工作交接手續(xù);如若乙方在離職前未按照本合同的約定辦理工作交接手續(xù)的,甲方有權(quán)暫不向乙方支付法律規(guī)定或雙方商定的薪資。六、特別約定事項(xiàng) 1.乙方如為營(yíng)銷(xiāo)人員,在合同期內(nèi)或合同期滿,甲乙雙方任何一方解除合同或不再續(xù)約,乙方都必須在六個(gè)月內(nèi)將個(gè)人所負(fù)責(zé)的應(yīng)收款收回。未收回的應(yīng)收款,視為乙方對(duì)甲方的欠款,或由乙方對(duì)未能收回的應(yīng)收款在二年內(nèi)承擔(dān)連帶擔(dān)保清償責(zé)任,雙方并同意在甲方所在地法院司法解決。七、其他約定事項(xiàng)1.乙方離職后,不得直接或者間接的招聘、吸納或其他方式促進(jìn)或者嘗試促使甲方的員工解除或終止其勞動(dòng)合同或者其他的有損公司利益的行動(dòng),否則,甲方追究乙方由此給甲方帶來(lái)的損失。、居住地址及/或戶(hù)籍所在地等信息如有變更,乙方應(yīng)當(dāng)在變更之日起3個(gè)工作日內(nèi)通知甲方。乙方未按照本條規(guī)定通知甲方的,甲方按照本合同文首載明的地址向乙方發(fā)送各類(lèi)文件均構(gòu)成有效送達(dá)。,經(jīng)雙方簽字(捺?。?、蓋章后生效,兩份具有同等法律效力。未經(jīng)雙方同意一方擅自涂改本合同的擅自涂改部分無(wú)效。,
