【正文】 不定期檢查落實成品、半成品保護(hù)措施。項目經(jīng)理親自過問知道防護(hù)工作，根據(jù)施工進(jìn)度落實個階段的成品半成品防護(hù)措施。成品、半成品保護(hù)要求（1）基礎(chǔ)成品保護(hù)A、對定位標(biāo)準(zhǔn)樁、軸線引測樁、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)水準(zhǔn)點，用鋼筋籠罩住并做好明顯標(biāo)志，挖運土?xí)r不得碰撞，經(jīng)常定期復(fù)測。B、土方開挖時應(yīng)防止臨近建筑物或構(gòu)筑物、道路、管線等發(fā)生下沉和變形，并采取防護(hù)措施。（2）回填土工種保護(hù)A、施工時應(yīng)注意妥善保護(hù)定位標(biāo)準(zhǔn)樁、軸線樁、標(biāo)高樁，防止撞碰移位。B、夜間施工時應(yīng)合理安排施工順序，有足夠的照明設(shè)施，防止鋪設(shè)超厚，嚴(yán)禁汽車直接將土倒入槽內(nèi)。C、基礎(chǔ)回填進(jìn)，嚴(yán)禁損壞預(yù)留管線、管道，防止管道變形破壞周圍防水層。D、已完成的填土應(yīng)將表面壓實，路基宜做成一定坡度便于排水。（3）鋼筋成品保護(hù)A、鋼筋進(jìn)場后，應(yīng)按規(guī)格、品種放置整齊并墊木方，做好標(biāo)識。B、已加工成型的鋼筋，按工程部位，分規(guī)格、型號碼放整齊，做好標(biāo)識。C、鋼筋綁扎完畢，禁止其他工種踩踏。澆注砼時，設(shè)專人看筋，防止鋼筋移位。（4）模板支、拆保護(hù)A、模板進(jìn)場保持整潔，放置合理，吊運時防止碰撞。B、拆除進(jìn)按程序進(jìn)行，禁止使用大錘敲擊，防止砼墻面及門口等處出現(xiàn)裂紋、掉角現(xiàn)象。C、冬期施工時，做好保溫措施，防止出現(xiàn)質(zhì)量通病。（5）砌塊成品保護(hù)A、進(jìn)場的砌塊應(yīng)在平面圖所指定位置存放，按要求碼放，不得超高，防止碰撞。B、裝運時應(yīng)輕裝輕放，減少破損，對已砌好的墻體注意保護(hù)，防止倒塌傷人。（6）抹灰成品保護(hù)A、抹灰前事先把門窗與墻邊接合處的縫隙用水泥砂漿填塞密實。B、及時清擦留在門框上的砂漿，塑鋼門窗框抹灰前應(yīng)粘貼保護(hù)膜。C、推車或搬運東西時注意不要碰壞門口、門角和墻面。抹灰用的大杠和鍬不要靠放在墻上，嚴(yán)禁蹬踩窗臺，防止損壞其棱角。D、拆除腳手架時要輕拆輕放，拆除后的各種材料要碼放整齊，不要撞壞門窗、墻面和口角。E、要注意保護(hù)好墻上的預(yù)埋件、電線盒和各種管道。G、注意保護(hù)樓地面，不得直接在樓地面上拌灰。（7）地面、樓梯的成品保護(hù)A、地面的成品保護(hù)：水泥砂漿面層施工完成后72小時內(nèi)不得在上面行走或進(jìn)行其他作業(yè)，以免損壞地面，適時做好養(yǎng)護(hù)工作。B、樓梯成品保護(hù)：現(xiàn)澆樓梯抹灰后禁止行走，待養(yǎng)護(hù)期過后要對棱角做好保護(hù)措施。細(xì)石砼面層鋪設(shè)24小時后，可用鋸沫或其他覆蓋材料。（8）木門安裝保護(hù)A、一般木門框安裝后應(yīng)用鐵皮保護(hù)，其保護(hù)高度超過手推車軸，防止砸門框，破壞剪裁口，影響安裝和裝修質(zhì)量。B、修刨門窗時應(yīng)用大木楔將門邊墊起卡牢以免損壞門邊。門窗、框進(jìn)場后，應(yīng)妥善保管，入庫存放，墊起距地2025cm。C、安裝門窗時嚴(yán)禁碰撞抹灰口角，調(diào)整修理時不得應(yīng)撬。Ｄ、五金的安裝應(yīng)符合圖紙要求，嚴(yán)禁丟漏。Ｅ、對全部安裝好的門窗，應(yīng)設(shè)專人看護(hù)，不得損壞。（９）塑鋼窗成品保護(hù)Ａ、塑鋼窗應(yīng)入庫存放，并將其墊起、墊平，碼放整齊，防止變形。Ｂ、門窗的保護(hù)膜要粘貼好再進(jìn)行安裝，安裝后及時將門框兩側(cè)用木板捆綁好，防止碰撞損壞。Ｃ、抹灰前應(yīng)將塑鋼窗用塑料薄膜包扎粘貼保護(hù)進(jìn)來，不能破壞塑料薄膜，防止砂漿等對其面層的侵蝕。Ｄ、塑鋼窗的保護(hù)膜應(yīng)在交工前撕去，不得用鏟刀鏟，防止將表面劃傷，影響美觀。（10）玻璃安裝保護(hù)Ａ、玻璃安裝時，操作人員要加強(qiáng)對窗臺及門窗口抹灰等項目的保護(hù)。Ｂ、門窗玻璃安裝后，應(yīng)隨手掛好風(fēng)鉤或插上插銷，防止刮風(fēng)損壞，并把多余的玻璃和破碎的玻璃及時清理干凈送往倉庫。Ｃ、開關(guān)門窗時，尤其在風(fēng)雨天氣更應(yīng)注意對門窗對玻璃的保護(hù)。（11）面磚、瓷磚成品保護(hù)Ａ、搬運裝卸面磚時，要小心輕裝輕放，在樓內(nèi)施工時要防止磕碰地面，做好保護(hù)措施。Ｂ、要合理調(diào)整施工順序，專業(yè)工種的活應(yīng)做前面，防止瓷磚貼好后在鑿墻損壞瓷磚。Ｃ、瓷磚鑲貼完后，防止水沖，防止污染，防止碰撞陽角門口處和墻面。（12）專業(yè)工程成品保護(hù)Ａ、專業(yè)工程施工中，應(yīng)嚴(yán)格按圖施工禁止隨意改動。Ｂ、專業(yè)材料，設(shè)備進(jìn)入現(xiàn)場應(yīng)妥善保管，堆放整齊、嚴(yán)密，嚴(yán)禁隨意拆除。Ｃ、專業(yè)工程的各種設(shè)備、器件，禁止磕碰與踩踏。Ｄ、各道工序完畢后方能去掉包裝、在竣工驗收前全部徹底清理一遍，使其干凈整潔。Ｅ、注意工種配合，保護(hù)好各類成品。（13）屋面防水保護(hù)Ａ、施工人員應(yīng)保護(hù)好已做好的找平層保溫層等成品。Ｂ、禁止在已做好的防水層上穿釘鞋行走和放置堅硬物體和雜物，以免損壞防水層。防水層施工完畢，及時做好保護(hù)層。Ｃ、防水層施工時，應(yīng)配備足夠的滅火器材以防止起火，避免污染墻壁面、檐口及門窗等已完成工程。Ｄ、對穿過板面、墻面等處已穩(wěn)固好的管線加以保護(hù)，施工過程中不得碰損變位。Ｅ、竣工清理時，應(yīng)加強(qiáng)清理人員的成品保護(hù)意識，做好對已工程的成品保護(hù)工作。第二篇：2010年湖北高考文綜試題及答案(A卷)Dialogue 1 OrientationEthics IntegrityScene: Hong(K)is now having his first courseorientation, on ethics (M): What kind of employee would you want to be?K: Definitely a : Great!But Rome was not built in a ’t you think you should start from the grassroots level?K: Yes, I : What do you think of the hotel business?K: A hotel is to create a home away from home for all the traveling think hotel service is a very decent and honorable : Right you the most important quality is the real liking for people and a warm desire to help ’t you think so?K: Yes, of : From now on, you are a representative of our hope you’ll remember that, with your courtesy and efficiency, you can let the guests enjoy western fort with Chinese courtesy your second : Well, I’ll regard every guest as a : forget our hotel’s mottoreputation first, customer particular attention to your behavior and language and be aware of the cultural : My teacher told me not to use slang, coarse expressions, or swear words, not even use “OK”, “Yeah”, or “What”.M: , I hope you’ll be cooperative with fellow workers and loyal to the : Yes, I’ll try my best to be a good team : That’s ’s another way we speak without ’s by our facial expression, gesture, posture and even appearance and personal let’s go to the staff canteen for that, we’ll talk about 2 Orientation – GroomingScene: After lunch, the training manager(M)talks to Hong(K)about : Now, let’s talk about includes expression, appearance and personal : I ’re a little like actors on a eyes are on us and we must project a good : That’s should maintain an alert, interested and friendly that a sour, cold and bored expression will put the guests : Yes, : Your hair is well above the you have thoroughly often do you have your hair cut and shampooed?K: I have it cut once a fortnight, but shampooed : nails are health of the public is in your ladies, makeup should be , you look so smart in your uniformK: I wear it with pride, and I’ll keep them clean, wellpressed and : , would you polish your left shoe again?
