【正文】 ibility and optimism for thefuture. Here at MIT, we see up close the myriad ways in which scienceand technology promise to benefit humankind. If we are to realize thatpromise, we need to kindle in others the same love and passion fortruth and discovery, for creativity and problemsolving, that broughtall of us here. I hope that each of you will embrace this challenge asyour own. Iwould not set you this charge if I did not think you could meet it. Ihave tremendous faith in you. Your intelligence, dedication andcreativity have inspired us during your time here. And I know that inthe years ahead you will do even more you will surprise and delightus with your further achievements. For your acplishments on this campus, I offer my congratulations, graduates of MIT!
