Simulation test shall be performed on the secondary circuit. The earthing for MV/690 V and 400 Vtransformer supplying the station transformer neutrals shall be solidly earthed and connected to the substation main earth bar. Power transformers shall be earthed at two points diagonally opposite each other. These connections shall be made from two different points of the earthing grid. The neutral conductor shall have the same current carrying capacity as the phase conductors and shall be brought directly at the shortest distance to earthing bars as part of the grounding system. 變壓器接地應(yīng)采用不小于95mm2的黃綠接地線或405的鍍鋅扁鋼，連接應(yīng)牢靠，接觸良好，不允許將扁鋼直接焊接在變壓器上。Transformer shall be grounded with olivine grounding wires of diameter no smaller than 95mm2 or galvanized flat steels of 405. Grounding shall be reliable and contact in good condition. Welding the flat steels directly to the transformer shall be forbidden. The finishing coat colour shall be manufacturers standard. 4 INSPECTION AND TESTING Transformers shall be tested in accordance with TSE 267 or other National Standards referred to in Section of specification4NGTL . Tests required will be stated in the data sheets. Witnessed tests of transformers covered by this specification will normally be required only on units in excess of 1600 KVA unless called for on transformer data Sheet/ Abbreviated Tests shall prise the following: a. Measurements of winding resistance. b. Ratio, polarity and phase relationships. c. Impedance voltage, regulation and efficiency. d. Load losses.e. No load losses and no load current.f. Insulation resistance. g. High voltage test.5 變壓器受電 transformer power on 變壓器送電前的檢查 inspection for transformer poweron 變壓器試運(yùn)行前應(yīng)做全面檢查，確認(rèn)各種試驗(yàn)單據(jù)應(yīng)齊全，數(shù)據(jù)真實(shí)可靠，變壓器一次、二次引線相位，相色正確，接地線等壓接接觸截面符合要求。Overall inspection for the transformer shall be performed prior to preoperation, to ensure that test document bills are plete, data is real and reliable, the primary and secondary lead phase, as well as phase color, is accurate and the isobaric contact squares of grounding wires are up to specification. 變壓器應(yīng)清理，擦拭干凈。頂蓋上無(wú)遺留雜物，本體及附件無(wú)缺損。通風(fēng)設(shè)施安裝完畢，工作正常。消防設(shè)施齊備。The transformer shall be clean. Its top cap shall be free from matters left over. The noumenon and accessories shall be free of damage and loss. Ventilation facilities installation shall be finished and work well. Firefighting devices are available. 變壓器的分接頭位置處于正常電壓檔位。保護(hù)裝置整定值符合規(guī)定要求，操作及聯(lián)動(dòng)試驗(yàn)正常。 Subjoints of the transformer shall be settled to normalvoltage location. The settle value of Protective devices shall meet the specification. Operation and Linkage test shall be normal. 經(jīng)上述檢驗(yàn)合格后，方可進(jìn)行變壓器試運(yùn)行。After above tests are qualified, the transformer preoperation can be performed. 變壓器空載調(diào)試運(yùn)行noloading preoperation 全電壓沖擊合閘，高壓側(cè)投入，低壓側(cè)全部斷開，受電持續(xù)時(shí)間應(yīng)不少于10min，經(jīng)檢查應(yīng)無(wú)異常。The brake shall be switched on, with general working voltage loading at primary voltage side and secondary voltage side off. The receiving time shall not be less than 10min. 變壓器受電無(wú)異常，每隔5min進(jìn)行沖擊一次。連續(xù)進(jìn)行3～5次全電壓沖擊合閘，勵(lì)磁涌流不應(yīng)引起保護(hù)裝置誤動(dòng)作，最后一次進(jìn)行空載運(yùn)行。The transformer shall show no abnormality under current, being surged every 5min. Full voltage pulse switching shall be performed continually for 35 times. Excitation inrush current shall not result protective device false movement. Final noloading test running shall be performed. 變壓器全電壓沖擊試驗(yàn)，是檢驗(yàn)其絕緣和保護(hù)裝置。但應(yīng)注意，有中性點(diǎn)接地變壓器在進(jìn)行沖擊合閘前，中性點(diǎn)必須接地。否則沖擊合閘時(shí)，將造成變壓器損壞事故發(fā)生。Full voltage pulse switch test is to test it insulation and protective device. Otherwise, the transformer will be damaged when surged switch. 變壓器半負(fù)荷調(diào)試運(yùn)行 halfload preoperation 經(jīng)過空載沖擊試驗(yàn)運(yùn)行后（其時(shí)間長(zhǎng)短根據(jù)實(shí)際情況而定），確認(rèn)無(wú)異常合格后，方可進(jìn)行半負(fù)荷試運(yùn)行試驗(yàn)。Halfload preoperation shall be performed after noload preoperation is finished and approved qualified without abnormality. 將變壓器負(fù)荷側(cè)逐漸投入，直到半負(fù)載時(shí)停止，觀察變壓器溫升、一次二次側(cè)電壓和負(fù)荷電流變化情況，應(yīng)每隔2h記錄一次。Increase the load of the transformer’s loading side until reaching to half load value. Observe the elevated temperature of the transformer, primary and secondary voltage and load current. 經(jīng)過變壓器半負(fù)荷通電調(diào)試運(yùn)行符合安全運(yùn)行后，再進(jìn)行滿負(fù)荷調(diào)試運(yùn)行。After halfload preoperation is finished and meets safe operation, fullpreoperation can be performed. 變壓器滿負(fù)荷運(yùn)行 fullload preoperation 繼續(xù)調(diào)試變壓器負(fù)荷側(cè)使其達(dá)到滿負(fù)荷狀態(tài)，再運(yùn)行10h觀測(cè)溫升、一次二次側(cè)電壓和負(fù)荷電流變化情況，每隔2h進(jìn)行記錄一次。Continually debug the transformer’s load side to fullload position. Then make it run for 10h and observe the elevated temperature, primary and secondary voltages and load current.
