Results: No obvious effects on spontaneous activities and pulldown abilities in mice were observed. The systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, mean arterial pressure, heart rate and respiratory rate of dogs were decreased, the QT interval was prolonged and the respiratory width was increased in dogs. There were doserespose relationship, however, these parameters return to normal within 3 h.
