The vibration sensor used in this word was NDltype highsensitivity vibration displacement sensor. c. Tilt sensor. The sensor can detect the angle change of vehicle relative to the initial position. It can determine that the vehicle be transported if the angle change reaches the setting value. The Title sensor used in this work was SCA100T angle sensor which could measure dualaxis tilt and be packaged in DIL12 plastic. d. Pyroelectric Infrared sensor. The sensor was only sensitive to the infrared radiation with 9~10181。m center wavelength.
