【正文】 式。 答案： __A__ 高頻考點(diǎn)二 序數(shù)詞 1． 序數(shù)詞的構(gòu)成 ① 序數(shù)詞多數(shù)是由 “ 基數(shù)詞＋ th” 構(gòu)成。如： six→ sixth，seven→ seventh等。 ② 以 y結(jié)尾的整十的數(shù)詞 ， 先將 y改為 i， 再加 eth。如：fifty→ fiftieth， seventy→ seventieth等。 ③ 21以上的非整十的數(shù)詞 ， 將末位數(shù) (即個(gè)位數(shù) )改為序數(shù)詞 ， 其他的位數(shù)仍用基數(shù)詞。如： twentyone→ twentyfirst， thirtytwo→ thirtysecond， two hundred and niyeight→ two hundred and niyeighth等。 ④ 少數(shù)的序數(shù)詞屬于特殊情況 ， 而且這類詞也常常是考點(diǎn) ， 大家要特別注意記憶。如： one→ first， two→ second， three→ third， five→ fifth，eight→ eighth， twelve→ twelfth。 注： fourteenth(第十四 )， fortieth(第四十 )， ninth(第九 )，nieenth(第十九 )， niieth(第九十 ) 2． 序數(shù)詞的用法 ①表示順序。序數(shù)詞表順序時(shí) ， 其前須用定冠詞 the， 后接單數(shù)名詞。 如： I39。m the first one to arrive here. 注：如序數(shù)詞前出現(xiàn)人稱代詞 ， 則不加 the。定語(yǔ)從句中先行詞之前有序數(shù)詞時(shí) ， 則關(guān)系代詞只能用 that。如： Today is my thirtieth birthday. ② 用于最高級(jí)前。如： John is the second tallest boy in our class. ③ 分?jǐn)?shù)。分子用基數(shù)詞 ， 分母用序數(shù)詞。分子為 1， 分母用單數(shù) ，分子大于 1， 分母用復(fù)數(shù)。如： one fifth， three fifths。 — 些習(xí)慣用法： 1/4也可表示為 a quarter， 3/4也可表示為 three quarters， 1/2也可表示為 a half。 ④帶分?jǐn)?shù)的詞組作句子的主語(yǔ)時(shí) ， 謂語(yǔ)動(dòng)詞的單復(fù)數(shù)與分?jǐn)?shù)后的名詞保持一致。如： Two fifths of the apple is 。 Two fifths of the apples are 。 ⑤表示數(shù)量上再增加 “ 一 ” ， 用： a(an)＋序數(shù)詞＋單數(shù)名詞。如： She had a second 。 【 例 4】 Please turn to Page ________ and read the ________ story.(2022， 原創(chuàng) ) A． Ten； two B． Ten； second C． Tenth； second D． Tenth； two 解析： “ Page＋基數(shù)詞 ” ， 表示第幾頁(yè) ， 且基數(shù)詞首字母要大寫(xiě)；“ the＋序數(shù)詞＋ story” ， 表示第幾個(gè)故事。 答案： __B__ 【 例 5】 Kate is a school got many presents on her ________ birthday.(2022， 涼山 ) A． nine B． the ninth C． niieth D． ninth 解析： 表示某人的第幾個(gè)生日應(yīng)用序數(shù)詞 ， 且前面已有代詞修飾 ， 故不能再用定冠詞。 答案： __D__ 高頻考點(diǎn)三 數(shù)詞中的難點(diǎn) ① hundred， thousand， million， billion的運(yùn)用。在構(gòu)成具體的數(shù)字時(shí) ， 用單數(shù)形式。表達(dá)不具體的多數(shù)時(shí)用其復(fù)數(shù)。如： two hundred students(兩百名學(xué)生 )， thousands of students(成千上萬(wàn)的學(xué)生 ) ② 與 another， more連用時(shí) ， 表示在已有基礎(chǔ)上再增加一定數(shù)量。如： another three hours或 three more hours。 ③ “ 一兩天 ” 可表達(dá)。 如： a day or two或 one or two days ④ 有關(guān) “ 半 ” 的表達(dá)。如： three years and a half或 three and a half years三年半； half an hour半小時(shí)； one hour and a half/one and a half hours一個(gè)半小時(shí)。 【例 6】 It39。s reported that people throw ________ plastic bags along this street every day.(2022， 南充 ) A． hundred B． hundreds C． hundred of D． hundreds of 解析： hundreds of為固定結(jié)構(gòu) ， 意為 “ 許多的；大量的 ” 。 答案： __D__
