【正文】 0。theageofthecarryingvesselcharteredbythesellershallnotexceed15years.incaseherageexceeds15years,theextraaverageinsurancepremiumthusincurredshallbebornebytheseller.vesselover20yearsofageshallinnoeventbeacceptabletothebuyer.forcargolotsover1,000m/teach,oranyotherlotslessthan1,000metrictonsbutidentifiedbythebuyer,thesellershall,atleast10dayspriortothedateofshipment,informthebuyerbytelexorcableofthefollowinginformation:thecontractnumber,thenameofmodity,quantity,thenameofthecarryingvessel,theage,nationality,andparticularsofthecarryingvessel,theexpecteddateofloading,theexpectedtimeofarrivalattheportofdestination,thename,telexandcableaddressofthecarrier.forcargolotsover1,000m/teach,oranyotherlotslessthan1,000metrictonsbutidentifiedbythebuyer,themasterofthecarryingvesselshallnotifythebuyerrespectively7(seven)daysand24(twentyfour)hourspriortothearrivalofthevesselattheportofdestination,bytelexorcableaboutitseta(expectedtimeofarrival),contractnumber,thenameofmodity,andquantity.ifgoodsaretobeshippedperlinervesselunderlinerbilloflading,thecarryingvesselmustbeclassifiedasthehighest____________orequivalentclassaspertheinstituteclassificationclauseandshallbesomaintainedthroughoutthedurationoftherelevantbilloflading.nevertheless,themaximumageofthevesselshallnotexceed20yearsatthedateofloading.thesellershallbeartheaverageinsurancepremiumforlinervesselolderthan20years.undernocircumstancesshallthebuyeracceptvesselover25yearsofage.forbreakbulkcargoes,ifgoodsareshippedincontainersbythesellerwithoutpriorconsentofthebuyer,apensationofacertainamounttobeagreeduponbybothpartiesshallbepayabletothebuyerbytheseller.thesellershallmaintainclosecontactwiththecarryingvesselandshallnotifythebuyerbyfastestmeansofmunicationaboutanyandallaccidentsthatmayoccurwhilethecarryingvesselisonroute.thesellershallassumefullresponsibilityandshallpensatethebuyerforalllossesincurredforitsfailuretogivetimelyadviceornotificationtothebuyer.17 / 1
