The tube’s walls are smooth and corrosion free.特種分離膜機(jī)組圖Specific Separation Membranes Sets 特種分離膜工藝設(shè)計(jì)：特種分離系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)采用230支8″進(jìn)口膜元件，組成2組膜單元組件，并聯(lián)產(chǎn)水230m3/h；膜元件設(shè)計(jì)為一殼六芯、32二段排列的方式，保證系統(tǒng)回收率達(dá)到70%。產(chǎn)水進(jìn)入特種分離膜產(chǎn)水箱。特種分離裝置設(shè)置產(chǎn)水低壓沖洗（濃水置換）功能，及時(shí)除去無機(jī)鹽、細(xì)菌等雜質(zhì)，防止其在膜表面的沉積，能夠在污染層粘附膜表面前得以松動(dòng)并被沖出，降低膜元件的清洗頻率，減緩膜元件的產(chǎn)水量、脫鹽率等性能參數(shù)的衰減。在特種分離裝置開、停機(jī)及運(yùn)行中每隔4小時(shí)，由PLC控制啟動(dòng)沖洗功能，每次沖洗5分鐘。濃水回到污水處理站或直接排放。Design of Specific Membrane Separation Process:The specific membrane separation system is designed to use 230 imported 8″ membrane ponents, and to be posed of two series of membrane modules. During the shutdown period, the membranes are immersed in fresh water to prevent precipitation and deposition.
