【正文】 季施工時(shí)，材料要求嚴(yán)格控制含水率，防止雨淋，對(duì)于準(zhǔn)備使用的材料應(yīng)采用塑料布進(jìn)行覆蓋，已經(jīng)拌和好的灰土當(dāng)天用完，嚴(yán)禁過(guò)夜次日使用。After lime soil backfilling, immediately construct the foundation and above ground structure, backfill the foundation pit to prevent wetness or cracks.灰土地基換填完工后，及時(shí)進(jìn)行基礎(chǔ)及上部工程施工，回填基坑，防止受水浸濕或曬裂；七、 Safety measure安全措施1） Before construction, train relevant staff safety knowledge and have their technology disclosure and all above with signature confirmation. 施工前對(duì)相關(guān)施工人員進(jìn)行安全技術(shù)交底，并全部簽字確認(rèn)；2）Excavation ticket and hot work ticket should be managed in advance before site earth excavation and ；3）Constructors should wear PPE: Helmet, safety shoes, safety glasses and safety vest and so on. Provide other protective equipment for special type of work according to their work condition. 施工人員佩戴好安全帽、勞保鞋、安全眼鏡、反光背心等個(gè)人PPE，特殊工種需根據(jù)工作需要配備好其它防護(hù)用具；4）Crane and excavator and other relevant machinery should be qualified before put into practice and relevant operations and supervisors should have valid qualification documents. 挖掘機(jī)等相關(guān)機(jī)械使用前必須經(jīng)驗(yàn)收合格，相關(guān)操作及指揮人員持有有效的資格證明文件；5）After one day construction, clean up those remaining materials and rubbish produced from the construction procedure. 當(dāng)天施工完畢后，及時(shí)將剩余的材料及施工過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生的垃圾等清理干凈，做到工完場(chǎng)清；6） Project for construction area should be done before, and isolated with warning mark in full position. 進(jìn)行開(kāi)挖等作業(yè)時(shí)，必須提前規(guī)劃好施工區(qū)域，對(duì)施工區(qū)域進(jìn)行隔離，并在醒目位置處懸掛警示標(biāo)志；7） During construction procedure, arrange fulltime safety officers to monitor the whole work progress and prevent wrong action.施工過(guò)程中，安排專職安全員對(duì)施工過(guò)程進(jìn)行全程監(jiān)控，杜絕違章操作。各類運(yùn)輸車(chē)輛在施工區(qū)域通行時(shí)，均需配備專門(mén)指揮人
