(14）仲裁：凡有關執(zhí)行合同所發(fā)生的一切爭議應通過友好協(xié)商解決，如協(xié)商不能解決，則將分歧提交中國國際貿(mào)易促進委員會按有關仲裁程序進行仲裁，仲裁將是終局的，雙方均受其約束，仲裁費用由敗訴方承擔。 Arbitration: All disputes in connection with the execution of this Contract shall be settled friendly through negotiation. In case no settlement can be reached, the case then may be submitted for arbitration to the Arbitration Commission of 20 the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade in accordance with the Provisional Rules of Procedure promulgated by the said Arbitration Commission.
