【導(dǎo)讀】方在活動(dòng)中的作用。具體活動(dòng)名稱應(yīng)與標(biāo)題8項(xiàng)目時(shí)間表中的活動(dòng)名稱對(duì)應(yīng)。開始于年月，結(jié)束于年月，共計(jì)個(gè)月。時(shí)間以開始月“月1”為順序，依次向后排列“月2”，“月3”，“月4”…要幾個(gè)月開展，請(qǐng)用陰影注明。項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃實(shí)施的第一年，應(yīng)對(duì)每個(gè)活動(dòng)的準(zhǔn)備和。執(zhí)行情況進(jìn)行充分詳細(xì)的預(yù)測和綜覽。根據(jù)項(xiàng)目持續(xù)的時(shí)間，后續(xù)每年的項(xiàng)目計(jì)。劃可較為概括，只列舉出計(jì)劃開展的主要活動(dòng)即可。請(qǐng)申請(qǐng)人在項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃時(shí)間表中預(yù)留空行以填寫臨時(shí)需要添加的活動(dòng)。
【正文】 sides must understand their respective obligations and responsibilities in the proposed project. 雙方就此 “工作計(jì)劃書 ”達(dá)成一致后，由項(xiàng)目所在學(xué)院的院長和項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行人簽訂此聲明，提交山東大學(xué)。 After both sides agree on this project proposal, the Dean/Head of Department related to this project and the Project Head should sign this declaration and submit it to Shandong University. 申請(qǐng)方須與他們的合作伙伴定期保持溝通，保證雙方了解項(xiàng)目的最新進(jìn)展。 Applicants must consult with their partners regularly in order to ensure that both sides understand the updated progress of the project. 年度報(bào)告書中的內(nèi)容在提交山東大學(xué)前，應(yīng)得到所有合作方的認(rèn)可。 Before the annual report is submitted to Shandong University, the content of the report should be agreed to by all parties. 有關(guān)項(xiàng)目重要變化的書面材料（如活動(dòng)、人員等的變化）在提交山東大學(xué)前，應(yīng)得到所有合作方的同意。如有未通過的地方，須在提交材料時(shí)明確指出。 Substantial changes to the project proposal (. activities, partners, etc.) should be agreed on by the partners before being submitted to Shandong University. Where no such agreement can be reached, the applicant must specify upon submitting the application. 雙方約定的符合 “山東大學(xué)院際國際合作與交流特色項(xiàng)目指南 ”要求的其它條款。（此處可添加） Other items in accordance with the Guidelines of the “SDU GPP” agreed to by both sides may be listed here. 11 項(xiàng)目合作雙方已閱讀并認(rèn)同提交給山東大學(xué)的工作計(jì)劃書。雙方同意依照相關(guān)原則和規(guī)定開展良好的合作關(guān)系。 Both sides have read and approved the contents of the proposal submitted to Shandong University.
