We can’t ignore the fact that pay in big panies is always much higher than small ones. In addition, the health insurance and society security is also more decent. What’s more, there’s more prestige while working at a big pany.As far as I’m concerned, working at a big pany creates a sense of fort while everybody there has the similar ability and opportunity. The working atmosphere is more harmonious as well. Business deals bee less impersonal and more pleasurable when you work with people you trust and like. This trust is both deeper and easier to build when you woke for a big pany.Is to work in a small pany preferable than working in a big pany? Most of the outstanding students try their best to enter a big pany just after graduation since they think that they can acquire more resources and opportunities in a big pany. While some people, including me, don’t think so. Instead, I think a small pany is better and here es the following three reasons to support my opinion. Since there are fewer workers in the small pany, employees can get more opportunities to bee experienced. Working in a small pany, a person is able to try to do all kinds of work. For example, if the person is an assistant, she may be ordered to do some other work such as financial accounting and raw material purchasing. That, in terms of business studies is called ‘job enrichment’ which would not only provide employees more experience, but also motivates them with stimulating tasks. Relationships between employees and employer are much simpler and closer in a small pany. A small pany usually has a narrow span of control which means there are only a few people under the supervision of a manager. The munication between employees and the employer can be held frequently whatever it is about, pany or individual. Employees and the employer may even bee close friends. In this kind of harmonious atmosphere, the sense of involvement provides workers a better emotion when doing their work. In addition, employees get more chances to pete for higher position in a small pany. If a person thinks he is pretty capable, there may be a sea of people thinks they are capable, too. However, in a big international business, only a few people among them can be treated as elites. Oppositely, a person of talent may bee the manager of a small pany easily on which position his aptitude could be fully brought into play. One could draw his attention on work instead of how to get onto a better position.7
