【正文】 不傷害”的原則（即不傷害他人、不傷害自己、不被他人傷害）。作業(yè)前在班組安全會(huì)議上進(jìn)行高處作業(yè)相關(guān)安全程序的教育，高處作業(yè)時(shí)設(shè)置安全標(biāo)志，必要時(shí)張掛安全網(wǎng)，系好安全帶。作業(yè)人員衣著整齊、輕便，腳穿軟底防滑鞋，高處作業(yè)中所用的物料應(yīng)該堆放平穩(wěn)，不可置放在臨邊或洞口附近，也不可妨礙通行和裝卸。嚴(yán)禁從高處往下丟棄物體。各施工作業(yè)場(chǎng)所內(nèi)，凡有墜落可能的任何物料都要一律先行撤除或者加以固定，以防墜落傷害。高處作業(yè)的防護(hù)設(shè)施應(yīng)經(jīng)常檢查，專職安全員必須現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安全監(jiān)督，防患于未然。如遇有臨邊或洞口作業(yè)，必須設(shè)置安全防護(hù)欄桿或裝置。 Unsafe factors of using crane 使用起重機(jī)械事故的不安全因素 :Main unsafe factors: 1. Human factor: mistake made by operator , mistake made by supervisor, mistake made by director. 2. Management factor. 3. Technique factor.不安全因素主要有：人為因素，主要表現(xiàn)在：操作人員的失誤；監(jiān)護(hù)人員的失誤；指揮人員的失誤；管理因素；技術(shù)因素。Measures to ensure safe operation of crane: To strengthen training of employees, such as giving standard and special training to crane operator and mander, requiring them to get qualification certificates. Make sure that for special type of work, any operator must get respective certificate. Our safety department carries out regular inspection for operating with certificate. Every day before working, performance content and safety notice items shall be conveyed to employees. Sticking to safety management regulations. Trying to achieve ‘to get safe by regulations’. To promote safety by various activities. To distinguish risk from different construction items, working environment and time period and to take precaution measures according to each risk source. Comply with responsible regulations of safe manufacturing strictly, establishing safe construction measures and implement safety operation procedures strictly.確保起重機(jī)械安全作業(yè)的對(duì)策：加強(qiáng)人員培訓(xùn)工作，對(duì)起重機(jī)械的操作人員、起重指揮人員進(jìn)行規(guī)范化、專業(yè)化的訓(xùn)練，并要求取得相應(yīng)的上崗資格證書；一定要把好人員考核關(guān)，堅(jiān)持特殊工種持證上崗的制度，安全部門對(duì)持證情況應(yīng)進(jìn)行定期檢查；上班前對(duì)當(dāng)天的作業(yè)內(nèi)容及安全注意事項(xiàng)進(jìn)行交底；要堅(jiān)持各種安全管理制度，做到以制度保安全；要開展形式多樣的安全宣傳活動(dòng)；要根據(jù)不同施工項(xiàng)目、不同作業(yè)環(huán)境、不同的時(shí)間段進(jìn)行危害辨識(shí)，針對(duì)每一種危險(xiǎn)源采取相應(yīng)的預(yù)防措施，并嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行 建立健全安全生產(chǎn)責(zé)任制，編制安全施工技術(shù)措施，嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行安全操作規(guī)程。 Safety precaution measures of dealing with dangerous materials during construction施工時(shí)接觸危險(xiǎn)物品的安全預(yù)防措施:Project department will distinguish the risk of site dangerous material according to real practice, to evaluate its risk degree, to judge a normal risk source or a major risk source, to identify a main risk source and main environment factor, so as to provide scientific evidence to operators and have an efficient control. Safety precaution measures of dealing with dangerous materials on site includes the following: Regular and unregular activities, all activities of employees on working site, all the facilities and equipments on working site etc. During construction, issuing risk source lists and safety measures frequently according to working stages.項(xiàng)目部根據(jù)施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的具體情況加強(qiáng)對(duì)施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的危險(xiǎn)品危害的辯識(shí)，評(píng)價(jià)其風(fēng)險(xiǎn)程度，判定一般危險(xiǎn)源和重大危險(xiǎn)源，確定主要危險(xiǎn)源和主要環(huán)境因素，從而為作業(yè)人員的安全提供科學(xué)依據(jù)，并能夠得到有效控制。施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)接觸危險(xiǎn)品的安全預(yù)防措施應(yīng)包括：常規(guī)和非常規(guī)的活動(dòng)；作業(yè)場(chǎng)內(nèi)所有人員的活動(dòng)；作業(yè)場(chǎng)內(nèi)所有的設(shè)施、設(shè)備等。在施工過程中，根據(jù)作業(yè)節(jié)點(diǎn)，不定期發(fā)布危險(xiǎn)源清單及安全對(duì)策。 Safety measures for construction under gas environment 氣體環(huán)境中施工的安全對(duì)策： In order to prevent harm from gas to workers, our pany usually take the following measures: 1. To reduce the amount of toxin and noxious materials 2. To reduce gas emanation area 3. To reduce diffusivity of gas material 4. To refine air and control the noxious material rate under maximum allowance by ventilation and dust purifying. 5. To reduce staying times and period of operators under poisonous environment. 6. To strengthen individual protection. 預(yù)防氣體對(duì)施工作業(yè)人員危害，我公司通常采取預(yù)防措施的原則是：①減少有毒、含毒物料的數(shù)量；②減少氣體散發(fā)面積；③減少氣體物質(zhì)的擴(kuò)散動(dòng)力；④通風(fēng)除塵，凈化空氣，控制空氣中有害物質(zhì)含量在最高允許濃度以下；⑤減少操作人員在有塵毒環(huán)境中的停留時(shí)間和次數(shù)；⑥加強(qiáng)個(gè)體防護(hù)。 Safety Program 20220210– Page 13 / 1
