CDM是一個新興事物，目前國內(nèi)相關(guān)的理論支撐尚不足。 ? 在目前國內(nèi)的 CDM項(xiàng)目中，大多數(shù)項(xiàng)目是由國外合作方投資建成，這不僅限制了 CERs的出售價格，也造成了國內(nèi)投資部門在該領(lǐng)域的經(jīng)驗(yàn)缺乏。 ?
