【正文】 charterer 承租人 GT 總噸位 insurer 保險(xiǎn)人 NT 凈噸位 ? 3）引言 在引言中應(yīng)簡(jiǎn)要說(shuō)明事故的經(jīng)過(guò)、采取的措施及產(chǎn)生的后果。引言常用下列術(shù)語(yǔ)作為標(biāo)題： abstract 摘要 introduction 引言 summary 概要 synopsis 概述 ? 4）事故發(fā)生之前的狀況 敘述緊迫局面發(fā)生之前船舶的技術(shù)狀況、營(yíng)運(yùn)狀況、船舶配員狀況及海況和天氣情況等。 5）緊迫局面的發(fā)生 敘述緊迫局面如何發(fā)生，應(yīng)說(shuō)明為了避免緊迫局面的形成而采取的措施，對(duì)方因?yàn)闆](méi)有采取哪些措施而導(dǎo)致了緊迫局面的形成。 ? 6）事故經(jīng)過(guò) 詳細(xì)說(shuō)明事故發(fā)生的經(jīng)過(guò)，說(shuō)明本船和他船采取的具體操作步驟，實(shí)施的時(shí)間，產(chǎn)生的效果等。 ? 7）事故發(fā)生后采取的措施 敘述全體船員采取的救助措施及援救人員的措施，如回航搜救方式，發(fā)現(xiàn)的殘骸，打撈出的殘貨，救助出的人員等。 ? 8）結(jié)果 敘述事故產(chǎn)生的后果。 ? 9）附錄 附錄中應(yīng)包括航海日志摘要、引航員、當(dāng)時(shí)在場(chǎng)人員的證詞、證物、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)照片等。 ? 2. 海上事故報(bào)告的語(yǔ)言特點(diǎn) 1）嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)準(zhǔn)確 時(shí)間：精確到分鐘，并表明屬于何種時(shí)間。 GMT 格林尼治時(shí)間 Z 格林尼治標(biāo)準(zhǔn)時(shí)間 LT 地方時(shí)間 UTC 協(xié)調(diào)世界時(shí) 地點(diǎn)：應(yīng)精確到 ，可用經(jīng)緯度表示，也可用距離和方位表示。 名稱：應(yīng)準(zhǔn)確無(wú)誤。人名應(yīng)與其證件一致；船名應(yīng)與船舶證書(shū)所載現(xiàn)名一致；貨名應(yīng)與提單上載明的名稱一致；地理名稱應(yīng)與海圖所示名稱一致 ? 破損部位 對(duì)破損部位的描述通常應(yīng)精確到厘米。若當(dāng)時(shí)不能確定，則必須說(shuō)明所述數(shù)值系估計(jì)值，確定值與估計(jì)值必須明確區(qū)分。 ? 損壞程度 損壞程度分為滅失和損壞，損壞分淹損、燒損、磨損、斷裂、粉碎等。 ? 采取的措施 在描述采取的措施時(shí)，通常要說(shuō)明命令下達(dá)時(shí)間、接受命令的人員姓名、使用的工具名稱、實(shí)施的效果等。 ? 翔實(shí) 所述事實(shí)必須有依據(jù)。 ? 簡(jiǎn)捷 與事故無(wú)關(guān)的事項(xiàng)不必?cái)⑹觯? 有些表示程度、頻數(shù)的形容詞、副詞盡量不用，如very, often, deeply等； 不宜使用語(yǔ)法結(jié)構(gòu)過(guò)于復(fù)雜的句子； 不宜使用生僻的單詞和短語(yǔ)，不使用方言和俚語(yǔ)。 1.
