【導(dǎo)讀】模具合格及支付模具費的條件，模具需經(jīng)過XX公司的最終驗收。本報價含17%增值稅和貨物運輸費。付款方式：合同簽定一周內(nèi)預(yù)付40%，余額樣品檢驗合格30日內(nèi)憑發(fā)票付款。在模具制造過程中,委托方有權(quán)隨時檢查制造進度、質(zhì)量標準，并提取試驗。還委托方已付款項，賠償造成的損失。模具進行整改，整改的費用由受托方承擔。如受托方逾期整改或整改后的試模產(chǎn)。的已付款，并賠償全部損失。再進行后續(xù)工作。識產(chǎn)權(quán)屬于委托人。受托人生產(chǎn)的模具，委托人有權(quán)確定樣品數(shù)量，受托人無異議。對于委托人要求的試模次數(shù)以及調(diào)換樣品的數(shù)量和次數(shù)受托人無條件予以配合。否則委托人有權(quán)單方通知受托人終止本合同并收回預(yù)付款項。
