【正文】 and 901 primer pairs produced clear PCR products. Result The posite linkage maps consist of 22 posite linkage groups (LG) with 175 SSR markers (including 47 SSRs on the published AA genome maps), representing the 20 chromosomes of A. hypogaea. The total posite map length is cM, with an average marker density of cM. Experiment Purpose The objective of this study was to develop a parative integrated map from two cultivated cultivated rebinant inbred line (RIL) mapping populations and to apply in mapping Tomato spotted wilt virus (TSWV) resistance trait in peanut. Result A total of 4,576 simple sequence repeat (SSR) markers were used for screening polymorphisms.
