【導(dǎo)讀】一個(gè)月為試用期。其他有關(guān)待遇見(jiàn)附件。及有關(guān)外國(guó)專(zhuān)家的管理規(guī)定。(二)對(duì)受聘方的工作進(jìn)行指導(dǎo)、檢查和評(píng)估。(三)向受聘方提供必要的工作和生活條件。(四)配備合作共事人員。(一)遵守中國(guó)的法律、法規(guī)，不干預(yù)中國(guó)的內(nèi)部事務(wù)。(四)尊重中國(guó)的宗教政策。不從事與身份不符的活動(dòng)。(五)尊重中國(guó)人民的道德規(guī)范和風(fēng)俗習(xí)慣。解除和終止合同。經(jīng)當(dāng)事人雙方協(xié)商同意后，可以變更。未達(dá)成一致意見(jiàn)前，仍應(yīng)當(dāng)嚴(yán)格履行合同。提出，30天以后方可解除合同。如雙方認(rèn)為有必要約定確切數(shù)額。同，除離華費(fèi)用自理外，還應(yīng)當(dāng)向聘方支付違約金。聘方因不可抗力事件要求解除合同，經(jīng)受聘方同意解除合同后，受聘方合同期滿后，在華逗留期間的一切費(fèi)用自理。當(dāng)事人雙方發(fā)生合同爭(zhēng)議時(shí)，盡可能通過(guò)協(xié)商或者調(diào)解解決。若協(xié)商、調(diào)解無(wú)效，可向當(dāng)?shù)厝耸禄騽趧?dòng)仲裁機(jī)構(gòu)申請(qǐng)仲裁。結(jié)果不服的，可向人民法院提起訴訟。

Settlement to dispute Any dispute in connection with this contract shall be first of all settled between both parties concerned through friendly consultation. In case no settlement can be reached through consultations or intermediation, both parties shall submit the said dispute for arbitration with local personnel authorities or the local labor arbitration system. In case either party refuses to accept the arbitration award, it may bring an action before the people’ s court.
